I experienced the worst customer service ever at this Denny’s. I called prior to make an order and I was very clear about what I wanted to order. I explained to the lady on the phone that I wanted certain items in my omelette and to exclude mushrooms because I am highly allergic to mushrooms, and to substitute the hash browns for pancakes. Surely enough, when I got my food, not only is there an omelette with nothing I asked for in it, but it’s filled with mushrooms in it, and there are hash browns instead of pancakes. I let my Spouse know that they gave me the wrong order and to return it and come back with the right order, and I proceed to call the restaurant to let them know they got my order wrong, and have them correct it, because 1. Any business should be willing to fix their mistakes if they get it wrong. 2. As a pregnant woman who can only eat certain foods, my order should be taken seriously, 3. Not only as a person who is allergic to mushrooms, but as a pregnant person highly allergic to mushrooms, me getting an order filled with nothing but mushrooms and an order that I didn’t ask for should have NEVER occurred. When I call the Denny’s and explained to them that my order was wrong, they were extremely rude and told me that they were too busy inside and that I need to come in and fix my order. They hung up in my face 3 times, and on 4th or 5th call I asked to speak to a manager, they said the manager is too busy to come to phone and again she hung up in my face. Not only is this not how you treat ANY customer, this is Definitely NOT how you treat a PREGNANT customer. When my spouse went to get my food he had to tell them my order three times for them to get it right and spoke to the lady that I was on the phone with who repeatedly hung up on me and said that the manager was too busy. Come to find out she was the manager. If you can’t handle being in your position, you obviously don’t deserve the position and need to be fired from it immediately. Read moreNever go to this Denny’s location ever!!! Everything is horrible about it! If I couldn’t give it 0 stars I would!!! We ended up leaving even before being greeted at the table!!! Number one: the host was very unfriendly and rude. He made a face when we came in, he didn’t say anything to us at all. He just quickly grabbed the menus and placed them on the table (which we discovered it was dirty after sitting). My family and I sat down and the whole table was very sticky and dirty!!! (It felt like syrup) There were crumbs all over the table and the chairs! We got our clothes all sticky because there was syrup all over the seats as well! We didn’t notice until we sat down and it was too late! We were covered in syrup!! And keep in mind this was the only table in the entire restaurant that DIDN’T have any silverware set up!!! Plus, the ketchup bottle was placed in the middle of the table by itself. (I’ve worked at a ton of restaurants before and these are the signs that workers use with each other to indicate that the tables are dirty and need to be cleaned before sitting customers in it!!!) YOU'RE NOT ALLOWED TO SIT CUSTOMERS THERE IF IT HAS THOSE INDICATIONS!!! This host deliberately put us at a dirty table because he was lazy and assumed I wouldn’t notice or be able to tell that the table was extremely dirty and not wiped down!!! So we moved ourselves on our own to a clean, set up booth (which he should have put us in the first place). There was only one woman working the entire restaurant and she saw us but ignored us completely. It wasn’t even busy at all and she didn’t seem to be doing much! We sat there for 30 minutes without being greeted or asked for any drinks. NOTHING! We got up and walked out, and NO ONE even cared or asked us why we’re leaving. Read moreExtremely poor service. I have been to this location several times and always, faithfully all the employees look run down and upset with the fact they're there. There is no warm greeting and no smile. Tonight our service was almost comical. The server approached us and didn't greet us, didn't even smile, INFACT-- didn't even ask any questions! He stood there looking completely out of it and didn't even ask us what we would like to drink. So awkwardly, my aunt and I ordered our food; she ordered a grilled cheese with fries. Server walked away pretty disoriented and we shrugged it off and awaited our food. It was close to 12 AM and this is not a busy location, so having to wait 40 minutes for our food was a bit ridiculous. The food came out and my order was perfect but my aunts was a joke. The grilled cheese she ordered, had one slice of cheese each on the bread. It was not even grilled, the cheese looked like it had come right out of the wrapper! It didn't even cover all of the bread, it was hilarious but terrible! And instead of fries she was given rice! Who orders rice and a grilled cheese sandwich?? We asked for the manager right away and asked if that was an acceptable meal and he apologized but blamed corporate for cutting down portions. That is not professional.
