Subway — Restaurant in Plantation

Omg! Absolutely the worse customer service. I walked in and as soon as I got in the door the lady (short Spanish lady) asked “what do you want?” The customer she was helping commented “that’s not nice” and I responded with are you open? She responded with “it says it in the door” (mind you the place looked questionable if it was or wasn’t open) … I was so bothered I didn’t even end up ordering. And supposedly it’s under new management.!!! if this is New management I can’t even imagine what the last one was. Made me feel super uncomfortable. I spoke with the previous customer as she walked out the door and she felt disturbed by the way the employee was acting to the point that she didn’t even want her to finish her...

The WORST customer service!!!! The food isn’t made fresh daily. I order a meal and the bread was stale, the cookies were like rocks and the chips were stale that I cut my gums. I return today to let the manager know and he gave me pure attitude. They purposely leave the phone off the hook to avoid calls. When I confront the manager about this he said that they are busy. This subway is horrible, I had a coupon that expired on 8/8, when I arrived they had a list of coupons they did not take, the one I had was not on there so of course I thought I was good until I started to pay for then they literally take the coupons they are not accepting and add mine to that list. My mom bought a gift card from them for my sons bday and weeks later refused to honor it when it was bought there. What a scam these ppl are running, we will never go back! The ones in sunrise will be getting our business...
