I only heard about this relatively new Utah County gem a couple of weeks ago, and I've already patronized this delicious bakery multiple times. Made with passion and a lot of Islabd spirit and love, Buddahs baked goods live up to the satisfying richness evoked by its name. I met the owner the first time I stepped into Biddahs, and I learned that this bakery is the fulfillment of a long-time dream. I also learned, first hand, of the extra goodness that goes into many of her pastries: browned butter...or should I say, buddah. And boy, howdy, can you taste the difference! Yummy scrumbos times a million...im just sayin'....It's little touches like this that makes this bakery a stand out among many. So far, I've tried all of the varieties of the signature Buddah roll, and I really can''t say which one is my favorite. Most recently, I had the seasonal pumpkin spice roll...so good. I am rather partial to the taro roll as it is such a beautiful purple color. All of these tasty goods are pillowy soft and delicious. I've also had the egg and bacon breakfast sandwich, which was tasty, satisfying, and big enough, in my opinion, to make two meals. But I am known as a serial nibbler, so it might not be the same for regular meal eaters. ;) It's definitely bigger and ten thousand times more delicious than your standard, bland McMuffin. I've also had the coconut danish... mouth watering pastry with a fresh tropical flair, and one of the chocolate chip cookies, which is made with the aforementioned brown butter. For those of you who are wondering if it can make that much of a difference, the answer is he** yeah, baby!!! I dare you to try it and not notice the caramel undertones that will have you picking up the tiny crumbs from the bottom of the bag. As far as customer service, friendly, kind, warm....just what you'd hope to expect from a place called Buddahs. Just the most lovely people delivering 100 + percent. I will be going back again and again. I hope you will too! Local business run with this kind of passion should be at the heart of any town...

The Pastry around the pork sausage rolls was so delicate that it could barely hold the meat contained within, and was delectable flakey goodness that crumbled to pieces as it was devoured. I'd put it up there with any gormet french pastry I've ever had the pleasure to eat.
The biscuits and gravy was also a delight, sporting a lovely biscuit with a nice crust to the outside, hiding a rich buttery soft interior that sponged up the delectable sausage gravy in the most delectable of ways.
And those Rolls! So soft, and sweet, with so many flavors to choose from! And served hot to order too! We tried the coconut, cinnamon, and the Guava, and I'm excited to come back and try that Taro! With the lovely purple hue. Next time I'm craving doughnuts, I think I'll just come here instead.
The owner is a really nice guy with a blended family of Hawaiian and New Zealdander decent, that is not only reflected in the menu, but in the decor as well. Aesthetically, the restaraunt has a perfect blend of a clean modern kitchen feel, with a touch of warmth that the Pacific Islander influence brings to the space. The interior really highlights the family, and is decorated with some charming family photos, and pictures from yesteryear's vacations in paradise.
And perhaps most admirably, there is a wall of receipts of pre-paid meals donated by the restaurant's regulars. This serves the purpose of giving the opportunity for those strapped for cash or down on their luck to be able to come inside and enjoy a hot meal too. It's a true example of generosity!
Everything was reasonably priced, which is more than you can say about most places these days. And I'm excited to come back again and again to enjoy this place in the...

No one has reached out to me at all to try to 'right' my experience. For me this is further confirmation that this a business to avoid. If I'm being fully honest, I'm getting a discrimination vibe from this place, both in store and now with the silence on my review.
This is the second time I've had food from here. The first time was a DoorDash order and the food was amazing! Generous portions, cooked fresh, and the sweet roll was to die for! Today I came in to place an order to go and had a different experience. The guy behind the register could barely mumble two words to me. My order took longer to come out than when I ordered it via DoorDash with very few customers inside at the time. Then, the scrambled eggs in my bento were runny and had shells in them. I also didn't receive the sweet roll that was supposed to be included in this order. I thought they had put it in the to-go box I was handed, but it wasn't included. To top it all off, I was given a greasy to-go container with my food with no bag to carry it out in. I was not impressed this time. The guy at the front seemed like his mind was elsewhere until people he knew walked in and he seemed to come alive. I want to like this place because the food was really good the first time, but this experience today has me questioning if...
