The food was very good, the sauce flavors were great, and although I prefer bone-in, the 20 boneless with fries deal bundle was a great deal, which is the reason for the 2 stars. I understand the location is brand new and needs some kinks worked out, but there were numerous issues and rude employees. I ordered online and waited 30 minutes before going so it would be ready, or at least almost ready, upon my arrival. I arrived and was told that the online orders aren't printing, so they never received my order, but I was already charged for it. The first employee was polite, and wrote down my order by hand and told me it would be about 15 minutes longer. I waited for about 35-40 minutes before my food was finally ready, and was late getting back to work from my lunch break.
There was a GrubHub driver waiting with me that had waited for over an hour for an order. She was in tears that she was losing so much money and tips, and unable to take other deliveries due to the errors in the orders. She asked multiple times about the order and kept getting told to just keep waiting.
Another customer came in and stated that he had an online order. An employee asked if they wrote down his order. He reiterated that it was an online order. The employee snapped back and yelled "that's not what I asked you, I asked if anyone wrote down your order!" The customer was so confused by the interaction, and again tried to explain that it should have been a digital online order. The employee then finally explained about the printers being down, and the customer said it would have made sense if you would have explained that instead of yelling at me.
I would definitely try WingStop again. The food was on par with numerous other wing establishments such as Buffalo Wild Wings. The newly opened location was clean and appealing. It just seems like none of the "technology" associated with the new location is functioning properly yet, which obviously frustrates newly hired employees, and causes them to explode...

I ate three of the 14 wings we ordered and looked at my wife and said "do these taste like bleach to you?" And she agreed. So whatever is going on in this place is probably around the same as the Second Genesis Church which thinks it can fix autism with bleach injections.
If that's their intentions with using MMS then they probably should've told me before I ordered. I didn't know I was ordering from the only Wingstop run by Jim Humble. But I guess I did.
I tried calling these people multiple times to try to explain to them "don't put bleach in your wings" and no one answered after about seven attempts during business hours so I guess they're fine with all of this. That's cool. My issue is I'm not a Qanon follower.

My husband went to pick it up and was ignored. Another person had already been waiting on their order for 2 hours. Others were waiting in their cars and continuously going back in to check for their food. After waiting for over an hour in the store we just wanted to cancel it, as now it was 2 hours from the original order time. The staff was unapologetic and said the only way to get a refund was through the app. We were unable to cancel this even through the app. The "contact us" function doesn't do anything but send an apology email and a $5 gift card, but nobody has reached out to refund my order. Calling the store is pointless because I've been calling for 3 days and nobody ever answers the phone. When asking for the manager in store, nobody directs you to who is in charge, in fact getting someone to look up at you is nearly impossible.
