09/28/2018: Hit and miss restraunt. I'm not sure what I'm going to get when I eat at this location. I always order the same thing (Herbed grilled salmon and all you can eat salad) when I come here, but it's different every time. No consistency. This time the salmon was warm and soft. Fresh from the kitchen with the doolup of butter on top. It's normally melted by the time it gets too the table. Not sure how long it was in the freezer. It didn't have the flavor and texture of being fresh. Wasn't offered the minty chocolates this time around. The kiosk was out of paper, the wine glasses were dirty, and the meal took longer than usual. The service was good this time. Eating at this location is like opening a box of Cracker Jack. I'm not sure what I'm going to get when I sit down. 4/20/2019 stopped in again today. Again, hit and miss. Stopped in about 2:00 pm. The place was empty. We were seated right away. First thing we noticed was that the wine glass was a little dirty with a prior customer's lip stick. After waiting about 7 minutes, the server finally showed up. She did apologize for the wait. We requested grilled chicken alfrado, with broccoli instead of pasta. They were very accommodating with the pasta substitution. The meal was very good. The salad wasn't very fresh though. Had to push to the side a few pieces of browm lettuce. Overall the service was great, without the exception of the initial wait. The food was great, with the exception of the lettuce. The cleanliness was good, with the exception of the lipstick on the wine glass. Could clean the wood around the guest eating areas.

I've heard my fair share of both positive & negative comments about Olive Garden. Indeed OG is an American chain serving up tasty plates that aren't authentic Italian to connoisseurs but hey, food is tasty and inexpensive. At this particular location which like any is always kept clean and service remains outstanding. My father had a bad experience at the Gurnee location and warned the rest of us to boycott them. We continue to give this location our business despite no dining in. Last time we dined in was just a few days before the dining in ceased. It's sad what's been happening in this country and the rest of the world but we will get through this. I feel for anyone that had to be let go of their job and I am fortunate to still have my full time employment which allows me to provide for my family and are able to support restaurants that have lost a lot of business. Hopefully America will reopen soon being I miss dining in restaurants instead of eating in the car or at home which does get old and boring after a while.

We used to love Olive Garden, but our recent visit to the Pleasant Prairie location was disappointing. From the moment we walked in, it was obvious that cleanliness was not important. Napkins and crumbs littered the floor, and the tables and booths were sticky with spills. My wife was also put off- to say the least- by the state of the restroom (I'll spare you the details). When our food arrived, it was lukewarm at best, far from the hot, fresh Italian favorites we used to enjoy. While the breadsticks and salad were still great, my steak alfredo was a gelatinous, room-temperature mess, and my wife’s eggplant parmesan was bland. Thankfully, dessert saved the day, as our fantastic waitress, Kiara, packed them to go. Kiara was the highlight of our visit—warm, friendly, and attentive with refills. Despite her exceptional service, the lack of quality and cleanliness made our first visit to this location our last :(

I used to really like Olive Garden… it’s always had a nostalgic place in my heart because my family would go here at least once or twice a month growing up. Like many restaurants, it’s gone downhill since covid. Half of the menu is gone including many favorites, such as the steak Gorgonzola pasta, eggplant parmigiana & the mushroom raviolis (just to name a few). Also, like many other chain restaurants the prices have gone up making plain fettuccine Alfredo $17 now and just soup $8. All of that aside, the service at this particular Olive Garden is what really made my last visit so bad. The food was ok but my husband and I could barely enjoy it because the waitress(Caroline or Carolina) seemed to be in a rush to get us out of there. We were seated and she immediately came to get our orders, we gave our drink orders but needed more time to look at the menu to choose our entrees. In 5 mins she came back (no exaggeration) 3 times to ask if we needed more time, to which we kept answering yes. I thought servers were supposed to look for the menu being closed but I guess I was wrong. We ordered and received our soup and breadsticks within 3 mins but she came back a min later (hadn’t even had a taste of the soup) with the main course. I asked if she could please wait to bring out the main course because by the time we finished our soups the dishes would be cold. She obliged but seemed annoyed. Then she came back and tried to take our bowls that we weren’t even finished with w/ out asking if we wanted anymore soup (which my husband did). I had to literally tell her I wasn’t finished eating my soup yet. She came back 2 times to ask if I was ready for my entree while I was finishing my soup. Finally we get the entrees which were just placed under a heat lamp and looked as such. While eating these we were asked again and again if we needed boxes. I wanted to ask why she was in such a hurry to get us out of here but decided against it. We were there for a total of 30-35 mins but we’re made to feel like it had been 2 hours. We asked for mints and she never brought them (or so we thought). What she had actually done was thrown them in the to go bag with the leftovers which we figured out when we found the melted chocolate mess all over the containers and bag. All in all a bad dining experience that left me wondering why the service, quality and dining have changed so drastically at Olive Garden and is it all of them or just this one...

On 01/09/2025, my family and I went to this Olive Garden to celebrate my husband's birthday. First thing to catch my eye was how dirty their silverware is, my mother in law and myself had to wash our silverware before we could use it completely covered in filth. Huge turn off. Second issue all the food was microwaved, I can use a microwave at home, why tf should customers pay $17.00 plus per plate for microwaved food gross. Now third is the most disturbing we had been there for around 30 minutes or more before I noticed as we had our food, something 😳 horrendous I glanced at the light fixture at the table next to ours had to do a double take because I couldn't believe the amount of bugs and dust collecting just over where customers enjoy their microwaved food then I started looking at our both 🤮 big mistake. The light fixtures right above our head was way worse, then I seen all the thick dust bunnies in their vents and lighting. Then I noticed the picture behind me covered in maybe dried Alfredo sauce from someone's child wiping their saucy hands all over it. Obviously I had to say something I literally felt nauseous 🤢 I didn't want anything from their restaurant other than to leave quickly. My mother in law pointed out all the issues with the eating establishment to the person who claimed they were the manager. The response was crazy she told us the "booth" would be throughly cleaned after we left...... then she offered us one free dessert... Lady... what the last thing we wanted was more food as their restaurant is disgusting and we can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. At that point my mother in law asked for one of our meals compensated. The girl posing as "manager" said she had to ask the manager if that could be a resolve.... what sense does that make comp an over priced dessert or a meal same difference. Why lie and present yourself as a manager I would be embarrassed asf if this was a restaurant I managed I wouldn't even want to be a server taking on a complaint like this. Anyway on the way out the door I looked at the rest of the restaurant the booth we were in wasn't the only one needing attention... Look up before you agree to eat there to pay an attrousiously high amount for their microwaved meals and very...

Came in on a whim 12-7-24 with my boyfriend to the location in Pleasant Prairie. Called ahead for wait list. Got added. Came in and had to wait a few which is understandable. Got seated by our hostess at 5:43. The amount of servers that walked right past us and not even acknowledge us was insane. Not even a “hello”. Completely ignored. I got up at 6:00 and went to the host stand to inform them we haven’t even been spoken to. She said, “I will grab my manager. This isn’t the first time.” That right there should have been enough for me to walk out. Manager never came. Shocker. Waitress came over and gave us an excuse of how she was doing a big table alone. She was never seen on our side until I said something to the host. Finally got drinks ( a mango lemonade and a raspberry lemonade.). Put food in. We both got soup and our waitress about spilled my boyfriend’s soup all over him because she wasn’t watching where she put the bowl. Soup was okay. Tour of Italy for him and 6oz sirloin with the fettuccine for me. I asked for my sirloin rare. It was at least medium which is not what I asked for. Waitress offered refills after 10 minutes of waiting for a refill. Boyfriend had the mango lemonade originally. She brought out a diet soda. Not what he had. I informed her it was wrong and she brought out a different drink so now that’s two wrong drinks plus my food is messed up. At that point, I just wanted to eat what I could and pay so I could leave. We were still eating when she came over and basically rushed us to pay by asking for the payment terminal and pulling up the bill. Other tables in the area we were sat were dirty for our entire meal which is crazy. No wonder the wait times are ridiculous. The one star I had to give was for the amazing hostess that had to deal with me. She needs a promotion. Definitely won’t be throwing away my hard earned...
