One of the baristas threw away all of the mobile order drink tickets. When I got to the window, I sat for several minutes without even being acknowledged. Finally, at least 5 minutes later they asked my name. The person taking orders told me the tickets were thrown away and someone needed to go find them on a the other printer. Meanwhile, the batista just kept making drinks for orders behind me, not stopping to go grab my tickets or find out what my order was. I sat for 19 minutes before they finally started handing me my drinks, 1 at a time as they were made. The person taking orders asked the manager to come talk to me and all he said was "we're busy." Yes. I can see that. But had the mobile order drink tickets not been thrown away, they'd have made drinks in the right order. By the time I got my drinks, there were 9 drinks on the counter waiting for the cars behind me, who I felt bad for as well. They were completely mismanaged and unable to problem solve so everyone waited in line until someone finally decided to figure out my order and...

I did an online order and other customers got their drinks before I did, even when ordering after me. Specifically, a couple regulars walked and placed their orders almost 15 minutes after me and still got theirs before me.
As I was writing this, the barista handed me my drinks and apologized for the wait because she had to remake it since it exploded on her..the second one she made was wrong. I didn’t bother saying anything because I didn’t want to wait for a drink remake.
It isn’t the workers fault why this location isn’t the best. This is the busiest area in Kenosha and management is setting their workers up for failure because they’re understaffed. Read moreI went with a friend of mine to this Starbucks, and the service was absolutely ludicrous. She ordered a latte, and that was it. We were the ONLY ones inside, mind you. We waited for 37 minutes. For ONE drink. The only reason I stayed was because I was so appalled by the wait that I needed to see how long it dragged out. 37 minutes for a single drink. The 5 people behind the counter were eating, drinking their coffee, and just chit-chatting the whole time, mind you. And when we finally got the latte, it was a size too small, and not even the correct drink. I don't know how they managed to screw up literally every single part of their job, but they sure did.
