Panda Express — Restaurant in Pleasant Prairie

So first I placed an order online but when I get to the restaurant, they had none of the items for the order that I placed nearly an hour prior, when I scheduled a pick up time for the order. And apparently they can't do a refund for an online order without contacting corporate, so I had to come out my way another day to get the order I originally placed. Then it was a hassle getting that because the manager never put my name in the replacement book. Good thing I kept the receipt and wrote his name on it!!!

Several times I've come to this exact restaurant around 8pm only for them to tell me this is all we have left, which includes only a small portion of rice, noodles and little to NO Entrées at all. It's so disappointing especially when they don't close for another hour only hear the employees say we're not cooking anymore because their to lazy to do the job they're paid to do. Today was it for me! I'll rather travel to another one further away then to go...

Absolutely disappointed! For one, I ordered 2 plates the first time we picked up today our entrees were switched and our egg roll entrees we spent $20 on were not even in the bag. Then I went back calmly to have them fix their mistake. They then "fixed" the mistakee and handed me back one meal fixed and th other completly messed up this time with nothing I even ordered. I then went in again for them to fix their mistakes. As soon as i walked back in the hell began. They look their mess up and proceeded to get the higher up managment that was on site. She came out and first thing out of her mouth was my associate said she made it! She then began to state we stole the orange chicken meal. The management was incredibly rude! Not to mention management had the same associate bring us our meal. She was also unprofessional and rude. I won't be coming back to this location! Worst experience at a Panda...

Very disappointed. Arrived at 5 on Sunday seeing a sign saying they closed at 4. With understanding of short staffing no worries we decided to come back the next day. Monday at 630 we arrive seeing a sign on the door saying they close at 7, again no worries at least we made it today. The ONLY entree we ever get is orange chicken. With 3 people ahead of us we hear that orange chicken ran out and they weren't going to make another batch. 😒 With that, one lady in front of us left and we ended up sitting there for about 5 minutes deciding where else to go for dinner. Within those 5 minutes we saw another 8 people leave because they were not going to make orange chicken.. orange chicken is their most popular entree. With the 8 people that we saw leave and us whom would have ordered 3 plates full they would most likely have sold the entire batch...
