I went into Dunkin' Donuts this morning being Sunday about 9:30 a.m. to get three empanadas and two Donuts the lady was busy so I was waiting for her to take my order but she just looked at me she didn't say nothing to me I looked away towards the machine to order but I didn't know how to use it as soon as I go to turn back she's standing there talking to a guy greeting Hammond taking his order mind you I'm in a rush so now I have to wait for her to serve him his donuts and his coffee so that she could take my order actually standing there looking at me while doing the order for the guy as if she did it on purpose. After the guy left she says hi do you want me to help you with something yes I told her I was standing here first and you took his order first so she called me took my order no good morning no nothing through my Donuts on the counter and said your sandwiches are over there. So I go to where the sandwiches are I didn't say anything yet so I'm looking at her because she's looking at me so I said where's my sandwiches then she plays away the sandwich machine is at and says something in her language while walking away in other words she was insulting me in her language. So I started talking to her and my language she is not professional she does not need to work there at all that is poor service that I received and very disgusting attitude from that woman that's if she is one. I don't disrespect nobody and the problem is people always seem to take their attitude out on nice people so she needs to get from front of that counter because her attitude sucks And not only that After I finish this review I got to check my sandwiches she gave me the wrong order so now I had to go back to Dunkin' Donuts and talk to her manager they didn't say nothing to her the manager was sweet I'm very nice she gave me the wraps for free and they were very good but that Ladies attitude she don't need...
Read moreThis is my third visit to this particular Dunkin Donuts, simply because it's close to my job and we typically pick up from this particular location. The third time is the charm for me. I will not be back. I would prefer driving the extra half a mile.To the other Dunkin Donuts? Where they have basic courtesy, kindness a respect for their customers. Why? I understand that language barriers can be an issue in working in customer service There still should be a certain level of professionalism at the least kindness. As I watch, multiple people being yelled at and argue with about orders that were incorrect and missed items. I thought I should leave this store immediately and go somewhere else. However, I believe that situation's happened. So when I went to order giving this particular branch, the benefit of the doubt -That it could just be a busy morning, However, when I went to make my order, it almost seemed as if I was offending the person taking my order for making a large order . As she really dismissed anything I was asking for then having to correct my order, only substantiating the issues I viewed prior to my ordering. But the part that really was upsetting Is her dismissing me asking me to step aside? As she completed others'orders before mine, then losing my receipt, accusing me of having it only to sort through the pile to find she never gave it to me. Never apologizing for her mistake. And the manager's not taking any responsibility. Or making any kind of attempt To try to come to some sort of resolution not only with myself but other patrons whose orders were incomplete wrong, or people who have been waiting for a considerable amount of time. As someone who travels quit often this is the worst Dunkins I've encountered out of...
Read moreFirst off, im going to start by saying. I'm a dark skinned human being. I tip even with bad service. That's my karma. The service I receive is theirs. I just dont have to return. I usually don't give reviews, but ignorance and racism were plain to see in this establishment. My girl (latin) arrived in there minutes before I did. It was empty, yet she wasn't being taken care of or acknowledged. There were 3 employees in there all attending to a slow paced drive-thru. My girl wondered why no one was attending to her. No eye contact. No greeting. No, nothing. I said, " Maybe they're rudely telling you to order from the kiosk." So luckily we have a card to do so. I helped her navigate to do so. What appeared to be a Caucasian mother and daughter came in, and instantly, the Asian gentleman came right up like "How can I help you" to them. Had their order done and paid for before we can finish navigating the kiosk. 😮😯 then he looks at us like, "Can I help yall?" It took everything out of me, not to snap. Like, what about the few times you walked by as if we didn't exist over the 5-10 minutes we already been in here? Instead I 🤐 & chose peace. I ordered something on the app, and it wasn't allowing walk-in as an option. I stood by the on the go orders, trying to get one of their attention to let them know. Once again, same story. I ended up seeing my order put there, I just served myself and got the hell out of there. Never would I return and spend a dollar of my hard earned money with this establishment. This is the time we're living in? People acknowledge animals but not other humans? This is humanity? This can be your standard, but I'm not going for it! Ps I'm spreading the word on all...
