Introduction: This was my second time coming to this particular location. Welcome: The hostess was nice and sat us immediately. Experience: We had a great waiter. She came to our table shortly after we sat down to get the drink orders and appetizers. We needed some clarity on some items on the menu and she took her time explaining and giving her recommendation based on what she had and what other guest ordered. Ambiance: It was clean, dim lighting, and spacious. Appetizer/Meal: For our appetizer we ordered Tex Mex nachos with our chicken, sour cream, guacamole, and jalapenos on the side, and fully loaded cheese fries (no bacon). The nachos were good but the amount of chicken given to put on the nachos was a skimpy. I asked why was it so little *chicken and I was told that is the standard amount. The fries were good but some were burnt at the tips. For my entree I had the Atlantic salmon, cilantro rice, and Caesar salad. My food was very good. My son had the Atlantic salmon, mac n cheese, and baked potato. He said he liked his food and he couldn't eat it all. My sister loved the chicken pesto ravioli ( I had this when I came before and yes it is delicious). *the chicken in the picture is the portion (untouched) we were given. Price: The quality/quantity of food (except the chicken for the nachos) was worth the price. Will return: Yes, I will return because overall their food and service is good but I would probably get the chicken on the nachos instead of on the side. Stars: Five stars overall despite the nacho issue. Tip: If you are one to get cold easily ask to sit away from the door during the winter months.

My wife and I visited the new Miller's ale House this past Friday 10/25 after work it was a really good experience from the time we entered the time we left very nice decor and atmosphere and the food was absolutely delicious starting with our french onion soup it's one of my favorite things and I get it when ever we eat out it's one of my favorite things and I have to say that yours is really really good for our entrees we had the prime rib burgers and all I can say is absolutely and finally are ice cream cake what year was scrumptious we'd come back for that alone and last but not leastmy wife and I would like to give a huge shout out to "Destiny" our server who was absolutely an amazing server and just a delightful young lady and overall this is why you get the five star rating and 2 thumbs up šŸ‘šŸ‘ we definitly will be back šŸ™‚

Wasn't so happy this go round with Miller's. My 1st time being unhappy. I ordered chicken nachos and my chicken was so chunky i had to take my hand and rip it apart smaller (which made a mess since i couldnt use a knife on nachosšŸ˜®ā€šŸ’Ø) then there was a significant amount of SKIN on my nachos..picture attached. No one wants to see SKIN in their nachos smh! Then, I ordered the chicken and steak fajita per usual. The chicken and steak came out steaming perfectly but it came out BEFORE the actual wraps and dressings. So it sat there and got cold by time my wraps came out. Backwards and VERY disappointing. I like my food HOT! I can see if it came right out behind it but it was a few minutes. This was at 11am...opening time. So no they weren't busy and should have had a burst of energy preparing food being the first few customers😫

I agree with the other review and it was summed up perfectly if I ate at the same place all the positive reviewers dined at. I'm a server myself and a very generous 35-40% tipper when the food and service is good. I paid my bill and didn't reach out to management when I was there cause I couldn't imagine how they could remedy things. I just cut my losses. The food just wasn't good. The sweet potato fries were undercooked. The fish tacos were overcooked. I had to pull apart the taco to make sure it wasn't burnt chicken. One flour tortilla was burnt. We attempted to eat 2 and just left the other one uneaten. Funny the server asked us if we wanted to pack it like we forgot to. We took a chance on the pork nachos and the pork was overcooked and dry. The wings were just weird. The skin was just off and the quality of meat was like fake chicken. We jumped at ordering 12 cause we've NEVER had inedible wings. Is there such a thing? My one daughter and I can almost eat anything, but they were indescribable. My daughter and I each took one bite, didn't swallow and put them down. We left the whole app ($18) on the table. What was the point in bringing them home. It was that bad. We took an almost $20 loss. The ranch sauce didn't partner well with the jalapenos. I guess it was our turn to try a MISS. This place was a big miss. So disappointed we spent $85. We usually spend more and get dessert and alcohol. The food took forever. Didn't appreciate when I got the bill that the server didn't inform me of the upcharges. That's disrespectful. I'm a server who receives excellent OpenTable reviews almost EVERY month at my restaurant. FACTS. I tell guests about the $1 blue chz upcharge and the $2 fries upcharge if they so choose. At my more upscale, non corporate restaurant those things are removed off the bill when the server fails to help the guest make an informed decision. So much for trusting the server. I NEVER give a poor tip. I'd be a fool to tip more knowing full well what fair service is. I reluctantly left the server a poor tip compensation cause she wasn't taking care of us or following up. She was a poor Miller's representative and guest advocate. She seemed nice, but I needed a fair, honest server. She was obviously aware we were dissatisfied and knowingly didn't acknowledge it. The tip reflects those upcharges she tried to rack the bill up with and her being lazy or dishonest to mention them. There was also poor follow up after the food was dropped off so the tip is in the wings. I can repeatedly go to Iron Hill, Turning Point, Redstone, Fireside, and the California Pizza Kitchen going out 2 times a week getting apps, an entree, alcohol and desserts to rack up a $150 dollar bill or more for one adult and 2 kids tipping $40+. Something told me not to order my Cosmo here and I usually order 2 and sometimes 3. I'm willing to pay $14 for a Cosmo at Redstone. Well we tried it and will never return. We now know not to initially order as much at a new place. We ordered the pork nachos, jalepenos, pan fried potstickers, and 12 mozz sticks first. Not impressed at all. Then made a big mistake ordering the 12 ($18) Korean BBQ wings and fish tacos to give the place a chance to redeem itself. But it got even worse. They were the two worst dishes out of everything we ordered! Love Fireside's service, mozz sticks, wings, nachos and desserts. Love Iron Hill's service, Korean BBQ wings, calamari, fish tacos and desserts. So much so I paid $20 for their frequent diner card. Fireside is affordable and Iron hill is pricier but so worth it. Unfortunately, we wasted money, our time, and calories eating here. What a way to end our night disappointed and dissatisfied. We tried. Sorry we just had to leave this review. Hopefully no one else experiences this and something positive will come of this. And kudos to those who love their food. To each their own....

I went here on Saturday 12/2 around 6:45pm with a couple friends. The wait was just a few minutes before we were seated at a high top table.

After waiting 10 minutes, our server came by and took our drink and food orders. Another 10 minutes pass by and she finally comes back with our drinks. Now as someone from the "South" I was disgusted and disappointed by my first sip of my "sweet" tea that I ordered which was really just ice tea. The server never informed me that they didn't have sweet tea and went along with my friend and myself ordering sweet tea. So very disappointed on that front.

After some time, we received our fried jalapenos appetizer, and my friend receive his small yet "premium" side of a Caesar salad. The fried jalapenos were overpowered with the flavor of salt, and they weren't impressive at all. They came in all different sizes and a majority of them had no real jalapeno to them or a very very very small one. None of received napkins or silverware, so my friend was kind of left stranded on his salad. We waited 5-10 minutes for our server to appear, and we couldn't spot her. Eventually we asked another member of the staff for silverware so we could get the show on the road.

Eventually we finished all of our drinks, and we could not for the life of us locate our server from our seats for another 10-15 minutes. Eventually she came by to check on us, and we got our refills after asking for them.

Then they came out with our food, which I ordered a 12 oz ribeye, with mash potatoes with no gravy, and the vegetables that came with it. Lo and behold, the mash potatoes came with gravy, but I wasn't going to make a big deal over it. The ribeye honestly did not look like a 12 oz, and it didn't really look like a ribeye either. It looked more like a sirloin to me, and then the flavor was essentially absent. Oh, and we weren't given steak knives which we proceeded to wait 10-15 minutes for before I eventually got up, walked to the bar area, and I asked for knives since we asked a random member of the staff originally, and he didn't appear to be bringing them.

Overall, I think it was a disappointing experience for the price. The food and service just did not live up to it. However it was nice being able to watch the college football games that...

I went there about three Sundays ago with a friend and I. We sat at the bar and waited a minute or two for drinks which was understandable. We decided to try some food and ordered an appetizer each to split and share. The manager came over to chat with us and we noted we were waiting on food and what we had ordered. He checked with the kitchen and found out the wrong food had been rang in. He took care of it and made sure to fix our check..

Well I went back last night and happened to have the same bartender. I sat down on the corner of the bar. The bartender was taking the food order of the couple to my left. He walked away to ring their food in and I noticed a beer list on the bar which I grabbed. He came back about 3 minutes later and I asked for a food menu which he said he would get but never did. He came back again a few minutes later and asked to help me. I said again I would like a food menu, which are right on the bar in a caddie. He finally handed me it and walked away yet again without asking if I wanted a drink. About 5-10 minutes had gone by and I had made my drink choice and food selection. I put both menus down and sat on my phone until he came back around, making eye contact with me twice! The couple to my right placed their food order with the bartender and he made eye contact with me again and then walked to put their food order in. I still had not gotten a drink or ordered my dinner after 15 minutes on being at the bar since I had sat. I understand that there were about 6 couples sitting at the bar, but there were more than 3 people behind the bar and no one was able to get me a beer or a food order until I able to get the attention of the young woman who was...
