I'm Going to be blunt and honest. Me and my coworkers use to love going here on the regular for breaks, we loved it so much that we would tip generously, especially to Aus! But my friend told me how he got scammed from one of the waitresses there, here's a long story short version; basically the bill was $40, he left $50 cash ($10 was clearly for tip) and then he left the facility with another friend, but the lady thought that $50 was a tip ALL for her..so when my two coworkers went there again(after the scam stuff) she pressed them and tried to claim that my coworker didn't pay, which makes NO SENSE because why would he not pay, when he's clearly a regular there and ALWAYS tips generously.... I don't know what kind of logic that is, but the fact that one of the waitresses there, took my friend's kindness for granted is so disrespectful. We tip big because we recognize hard and good workers. However, this one waitress ruined it by playing games with my coworkers and not being appreciative. I do not take that lightly. That is pure disrespectful and toes are being stepped on. I really did love going there, but after finding out why my coworkers will never go there again, makes me upset and not want to go there either. It Sucks that I won't be seeing the cool bartenders that works there, because like i said, we use to love going there for lunch breaks, but one waitress just had to be snakey...

My fiance and I came to eat dinner and we ordered from the 2 for 27 menu which i remember use to be a appetizer 2 meals and a desert for $20 when they first started it... I ordered the mac and cheese/tenders and she wanted the Bourbon chicken and shrimp but due to my extreme allergy to shrimp we requested that she have just more chicken rather than the shrimp which due to cross contamination has put me in the hospital before. They offered to add more onions and mushrooms to the plate to replace the shrimp. Since when would that even remotely substitute for a meat? Unless I were ordering vegetarian but if that was the case we wouldnt have ordered a dish with meats. Absolutely no accommodation for a severe allergy. Said they would not reduce the price because it is already reduced being 2 for 27. If a major piece of the meal is removed it should be accommodated appropriately. Not satisfied in the slightest. I have always enjoyed coming to applebees time after time through the years. Unfortunately this time was a huge disappointment.

Read moreI'm a longtime regular at this Applebee's location over the years and typically have no problem with my service. That changed unfortunately when I dined here on Monday May 23 2022. Our server was fine at first, but I grew annoyed when it took her ten minutes to bring applesauce for a young child I brought who kept asking and asking for it. The server took her time in the back kitchen and talking to other customers, but apparently forgot about the applesauce. When I finally got her attention and politely remined her, she immediately coped an attitude and blamed "the kitchen" for the long delay in bringing the applesauce. She also argued with me and rudely told me that I had only waited five minutes, not ten as I stated I had. I told her to check her attitude, and she rudely instructed me to quite down. A properly trained server would've have acknowledged that he/she had forgotten and not rudely argued with one of their regulars. The manager on duty acknowledged that she had seen me frequently and knew that I was a regular and said she'd speak to the server. As I paid the bill and left, I was given dirty looks by the server and her colleague who gossiped about me and watched me through the window as I walked with the children I brought all the way to my car! I hope the organization does something to correct this rude and unwelcoming behavior or I'll gladly take my valuable...
