I live in the area and go to this Arby’s location for a quick dinner on late work nights. There was a young man working the drive through (6:30ish) and we had a miscommunication on my order so I went in to get what I thought I was missing or maybe check if it didn’t get entered correctly. The kid was nice and took care of me by just charging me for a curly fry and gave me the drink free (even though I was willing to pay for it). His manager, however, was inappropriate and slammed my drink on the counter after I was rang up and started to reprimand the kid for giving me the drink free. The manager walked away stating “I guess we give out stuff for free now.” I was very annoyed with how the manager treated the young man in front of me, the customer, and I hope he realizes how horrible he sounded. Read moreI went to this Arby's for lunch today and i ordered my classic roast beef sandwich when a sussy looking gentleman came out of the kitchen and told me to follow him when i walked the back with him he was showing me quotes from former arbys dictators when he said the most famous one is arbys we have the meats and shortly after saying that he said i have the meats to when he whipped out and soaked his balls in the fry oil he then proceeded to turn the oil to a boil and it quickly burned his skin badly causing intense bleeding to sink into the oil shortly after the next employee made a batch of fries in the oil and i ate them it was so nummy and it really made me tingle because of the joy of eating them overall this place is awsome if you are looking for a nice almost s3xual expericance while eating this go here i cant...
Read moreThe customer service is always exceptional at this location. Always greeted with a smile and food well prepared. I was especially pleased with an interaction I witnessed between an employee and a VERY rude customer today. The customer was complaining aggressively about something on his app that the employee he was speaking to obviously had no control over, and from the sounds of it, this was not the first time this customer was told this. The employee kept calm and explained what he was able to do for him in a very polite manner. After we finished eating, we stopped to get more soda.
