Friendly staff and in a cute location, but the ice cream is just terrible. It all seems way more water-content heavy rather than creamy, and the way it was served in a cone, it was practically soft serve. The coffee was crystallized and average flavor. The pistachio was a very off-putting bright green and tasted incredibly fake, although its saving grace was the full chunks of pistachio which were a pleasant surprise. For almost $1.00 extra, the small over the medium was effectively no difference in size. With the quality of ice cream to value however, we would not return.

When I got home to empty out the cup after I had finished it I saw that the piece of lime in my cup still had the sticker on it. The lime wasn’t even washed before they made the drink. That is unhygienic. It makes me wonder if the girl making the lime rickey even washed her hands before making it. They need to do a better job about training the staff about basic hygiene practices. Very disappointed...
