B's Ice Cream — Restaurant in Plymouth

Friendly staff and in a cute location, but the ice cream is just terrible. It all seems way more water-content heavy rather than creamy, and the way it was served in a cone, it was practically soft serve. The coffee was crystallized and average flavor. The pistachio was a very off-putting bright green and tasted incredibly fake, although its saving grace was the full chunks of pistachio which were a pleasant surprise. For almost $1.00 extra, the small over the medium was effectively no difference in size. With the quality of ice cream to value however, we would not return.

Speaks to the character of the establishment when they tell customers effectively that they’re not entitled to an opinion and that their tastes are wrong unless they agree with you. We brought two large field trips (over 125 kids total) to B’s Ice Cream in Plymouth, and they handled it like total pros! The staff was incredibly patient, kind, organized, and they got everyone served faster than we could have imagined. Managing that many excited kids is no easy task, but they made it look pretty effortless. And the ice cream was unreal. Easily some of the best we’ve ever had. I ordered a raspberry lime rickey when I saw it was a new item on the menu. When I got home to empty out the cup after I had finished it I saw that the piece of lime in my cup still had the sticker on it. The lime wasn’t even washed before they made the drink. That is unhygienic. It makes me wonder if the girl making the lime rickey even washed her hands before making it. They need to do a better job about training the staff about basic hygiene practices.
