Great place! Was looking for a battery for my ‘98 Riviera by Buick, the Walmart across the street was not only COVID-19 fearful (lots of doors locked so everybody had to be shepherded through the main chute) they also did not have the correct battery (15 mins waiting in line).
I saw the NTB sign from across the parking lot and pushed the Walmart cart i was using to lug around this large battery (need cranking amps for a 3.8 liter w supercharger) right onto the floor of the customer service lounge.
After entering NTB you are greeted by the wonderful aroma of fresh automotive rubber, plenty of leather seats spaced apart and refreshments.
Tom who is the manger there promptly located the battery I needed and said while they didn’t have it they could get it in 20 mins at a $20 discount from the auto parts store. SOLD! 15 mins later I was on my way and now my car is purring like a kitten.
Thanks Tom and NTB you guys...
