I had an amazing experience with NASR jewelers and I can’t recommend them enough. I had purchased my engagement ring from a different jeweler, and unfortunately, the setting became loose causing the diamond to rattle only having it for 6 months & despite being extremely cautious and gentle with it. I brought it back to the original place and they sent my ring out and I received it back 2 weeks later, being told there was no issue, but the rattle was ‘fixed’. Fast forward 4 more months and it was loose again, now the diamond was physically shifting. I knew to go somewhere I trusted & went to NASR on a Friday afternoon at 4pm—just before closing—and they immediately took me in.

Come to find out the setting was too small for the size of the diamond and the prongs were too thin, therefore they couldn’t wrap around the stone and hold it in place properly, AND when I sent it out to be fixed they reset it unevenly and at a downward angle.

NASR replaced the setting and explained everything he was doing throughout the process, which gave me peace of mind. I was allowed to watch every step, so I never had to worry about my ring leaving my sight.

What impressed me most was how genuine and knowledgeable they all are. They truly understood the intricacies of setting a diamond and made sure everything was sturdy and secure. Now I can confidently say that my ring is solid and trustworthy. This place, is without a doubt, a five star jewlery experience. If you are looking to buy an engagement ring or wedding band this is THE place. We walked into the store with greeting smiles from ear to ear. We met Jon who was an absolute breath of fresh air. (I recommend him) he asked us what we were looking for and we threw the kitchen sink at him. My fiance pulled up pinterest and had a custom design idea that they didn't carry in the store but that wasn't even remotely an issue. Jon let us know they specialize in custom jewlery and that we had nothing to worry about, we were in good hands. He pulled up the design we were thinking about on a computer screen to see what it looked like first hand, instead of wondering if we'd be stuck with the ring when it was finished. We loved it, so he offered to make us a wax mold that we could wear as also a back up, this was amazing because you get to see what it looks like on your hand before you move forward or have to spend a penny, we loved that. We moved forward. We picked it up today and it was nothing short of breath taking. My fiance was ecstatic!!! The ring was flawless, they were a week or two quicker than we had anticipated as well. Nothing better than a family owned business, where they are friendly, charismatic, and so so easy to work with. I'll never shop anywhere else, from here on out. I have been shopping at Nasr Jewelers in Plymouth for a few years now and have had many positive experiences. From reworking old jewelry and stones into new pieces for my family to custom orders from scratch they have always got the job done at a reasonable price with a smile. Eddie, Jon, and the rest of the team have always been very nice and extremely helpful, especially dealing with my odd requests and frequent visits. Their in store selection is unmatched you can find just about anything you could want or imagine, and the possibilities are endless with custom projects and items that can be ordered. I have attached a few pictures of items I have purchased the newest being the Yankees pendant. I originally had them make it all white gold and after wearing it for a while I decided to have it converted into a two tone yellow/white piece. It came out absolutely amazing and definitely exceeded my expectations really feels like a finished piece now couldn’t be happier.
