I Dropped it off in June 2024 & then it all went array ! It got resized to a 9.5 because of a typo error. ? It took another 4 months to return BUT KAYS CAME THROUGH AND ordered me a beautiful baquette replacement wedding band which turned out to be a bigger TCW total carat weight! And a gift card to spend at Kay's . All in all it turned out ok! My new baquette Diamond wedding band is much nicer and is much more comfortable !    Read moreMy ring was sent out to be fixed July 8th. I began calling September 9th because I had not received and update. Yesterday I was told by the store manager Vicky that she spoke with the service center and my ring would be sent out by the end of the week. Today I received a call that this was actually a lie. The ring was sent back to the store and signed for by an employee on August 25th and has since gone missing. That leads me to believe a store employee now has my ring since they are kept under lock and key. Save yourself the heartache and go somewhere else with a competent manager and employees who wonât steal...
