I remember Dunkin' growing up in the northeast.
They always had cool donut ladies, great tasting donuts and my boss always got a coffee "light and sweet".
I will forever remember their classic "time to make the donuts" TV commercial (still can be found on YouTube).
A recent shop arrived near my neighborhood and I was excited.
I must say the drink menu has expanded tremendously and I have tried the lemonade, refresher as well as the classic light and sweet coffee.
They did not disappoint and the prices are less the" 🌟 bucks". Just be sure to stir your refreshers before drinking or the sugar rush will stun you. My refresher made with green tea was outstanding.
The breakfast sandwiches were very good, not greasy nor overcooked. This was a pleasant surprise. Who knew Dunkin could do sandwiches!
Of couse I had donuts and they are still the best!
I downloaded and used the app for ordering. The app is not as smooth as other food apps, but it got the job done.
I did the walk-in and found it effective and low friction pickup.
I have ordered twice and guess, I might give it another go next month.
Dunkin thank you for the childhood memories and for coming to my neighborhood...

The pair of teenage girls working at noon on August 9th, 2011 should be written up and better supervised. I stood in the store for over 3 minutes and they never came out from the back. I walked to the register and could slightly see them/hear them talk about who hasn't texted them back yet. I made noise and one walked out. No greeting, smile, apology... nothing. The other stayed around the corner visibly on her phone. I ordered bacon and they were out. The menu doesn't say "while supplies last. " I asked for two dozen donuts... she starts packing then up without asking what I want. The other girl comes up and is STILL holding her phone. The 1st girl gets my tater tots and tossed them on the counter. No "thank you" or anything. The tater tots were burned and old and cold. I've never stopped here before and don't think I ever will again. Train your employees to be accountable and do what they are paid to do or get better supervision. Terrible...
Read moreLet's just say, how could they have known? On Thursday March 23rd about 8:30am, I went through the drive through in Plymouth, MN where the 'ol Dunn Bros used to be near the Lowes off Vicksburg Lane. Service was super friendly and quick. The sweet lady/girl was all smiles and gave me a card to download the app. I received my sandwich and tots when a fellow behind her asked if I would like a water. I had no cupholder available. So he hands me an orange juice in a bottle, which I was so grateful for. Now please don't get this nice man in trouble for giving away a beverage. He may have paid for it or maybe he just sensed I needed one. But this gesture went a looonnnggg way. This team had no idea how they made my day. I smiled all the whole trip to an appointment. Had they known the days before or ahead I was dealing with. Well, they didn't. And they still showed care and kindness and smiled the whole time. Thank you, Dunkin team,...
