So embarrassing for this company, long time customer lost. As you can see from my receipt I had to return a sub due to multiple issues. The guy refunding my money berates the other employee in such an embarrassing way to make a point who screwed up. As I'm standing there feeling embarrassed for the other guy, the cashier has the full to give me attitude when I'm being perfectly respectful and wasn't that upset just wanted my money back. Then finds it in his best interest to try to explain 3 different times under his breath that it wasn't his fault. Not once offering me an apology for having to drive back at my convenience for their mistakes. My point is you don't view the customer as an inconvenience on your own mistakes. Read moreThe door was locked despite arriving 15 minutes after it supposedly opens. Of which my online order wasnt even started. I got there as the first person, there was no one there to hold them up. And yet they didnt even START working on it. Workers dont care about food safety or hygiene. The worker that unlocked and opened the door with gloves didnt change them, and used those same gloves to handle my food as well as others that came after me. Contaminating all the food he touched with dirty gloves. IF he had any common sense or care, he would have thrown those gloves away, washed his hands, and get himself a new pair of gloves before going behind the counter to handle food. A customer ahead of me was basically discouraged from using a gift card and then accused of ordering a sub he had not (actually shouted at). Then upon leaving the store the crew all bad mouthed him in front the the remaining customers. My order was misplaced...(the counter is only six feet long????) and I ended up waiting an additional 10 minutes for the balance of the order and never received an "I';m sorry". Hard to imagine what was said about me on my departure. I have been to other Jersey Mike's in the past and been impressed with the quality of the subs and service. Not this time. Very sub standard!
