I just witnessed AMAZING customer service!

I was mixing my honey in my drip at the station, and a woman walked in ... upset her drink wasn't ready. Karli, the Barista, kept her cool, assuring the customer either didn't place an order, or wrong store.

The customer clearly was upset with the Barista for some odd reason (😯as if!🤨)

This prissy, snobbish "1st class wanna-be" Went and got her phone, came in, and showed the barista the order, with a "better than" attitude. With an attitude like: "yea, make my drink NOW" Looking self ....

but This, THIS is service!☝️😎

The Barista (Karli, hope I'm spelling right lol) gently explained that the customer was at the wrong location.

Than, as thee customer stood there looking _, her entire demeanor changed🤣😂🤣😂🤣

I understand there could be screw bslls out there that are not authentic, but this was a genuine moment of true service as a barista!

'Instead' of "sending her off" (giving the same attitude MOST caribous I've gone too give, ugh🤦🏽‍♂️) she asked what the order was ... what size ... if there was anything else ... fixed up the drink to perfection ... and sent her away with a smile! Not just satisfying the costumer, but also caring for the sensitive moment of customer and business!

Karli! You are a regional manager in my eyes! There's A LOT you could teach these snobbish baristas at caribous across this region!!! Besides THIS location, The ONLY other caribou I will give ANY of my hard earned money too is on 36th and 169 in New...

Staff here is so rude here the only reason I come to this particular caribou is because it’s on the way home for me after my doctors appointment. All of the other caribou’s I have gone to treat me with the up most respect. At this particular one I FEEL JUDGED AND AM PRETTY SURE THEY ALL ARE RACIST DO NOT GO TO THIS ONE UNLESS YOU ARE WHITE IF I COULD I DEFIENTLY COULD PUT A ZERO FOR THIS LOCATION. Staff does a good job working together to get you in and out quickly but also make a connection while you are there. I tired a couple of their new bousted drinks recently, the dragonfriit smoothie and the wild berry sparkling water. Both delicious. The dragon fruit smoothie is much more mellow in the flavor intensity than their other smoothies, but that is something I prefer; the other ones they serve can get too sweet for me. I also saw that their malted mochas are back this year! My favorite twist the malt is to get a large iced malted crafted press, add dark chocolate and an extra shot. It's an amazing drink!...
