Ordered for curbside after work...and called 4 times to try let them know that I was there, but it kept going to voicemail. When I finally went inside to let them know I was there, the worker in the back pointed to the shelf and was like "It's over there", while the manager (I found out later) on duty hid in the back. I grabbed my food, went to my car, put it inside and then went back in and was completely ignored for 10 minutes while the manager pretended not to see me standing there. When he finally came over, I asked to speak to the manager and he was like "That's me." I explained that I had called several times with no answer and he shrugged and said "They have had trouble with the phones so..." I told him that as a manager, he really shouldn't let a regular employee deal with an obviously upset customer (as I'd been earlier when I had to come inside and was quickly becoming again), and he shrugged and said "Okay." I asked to speak to a different manager and he literally said "I don't know anyone else's name but all of the information for the franchises is on Google-you can look there" He refused to give me any information on any other manager that was there, which I know there are other managers, bc I've had pleasant, friendly experiences with them before. He said his name was Alex, and he also runs the Chanhassen location, so I can only imagine how rude and dismissive they are there.
I never write bad reviews unless I've been treated disrespectfully, and this kid should not be in management at all. He had no de-escalation skills, and was quick to throw his employees under the proverbial bus (something a leader of people should never do if they want to retain employee loyalty.) The quality of service is always spotty after a certain time of night at this location, and I'm usually pretty forgiving as I'm a manager of a nearby retail location, but I can only guess that the customer service will continue to decline with Alex at the helm. It's too bad, bc I usually like the food, and often recommend it to my employees...but...
Read moreI do not speak in hyperbole when I say the Plymouth location is not just the worst Crisp and Green location, but worst fast food establishment I have ever visited.
Last night was the last straw. I have been to this location ten times within the past nine months. Every time I have had an issue, whether the food is not ready, the order is wrong, and/or the staff exudes how much they hate their lives. I placed my order for pick up at 7 pm at 6:20 pm because I know this location is horrible at quality and having orders completed correctly and promptly. I figured that was enough time. But alas, it was not.
I show up at 7 pm and they have not even started my order. I have to awkwardly get the staff’s attention while they stare at me like some animal or alien. I ask where my order is, the manager has no idea, then she realizes her staff has the sticker just hanging out at the end. It was printed at 6:44 pm and had no action for over 15 minutes.
The manager rushes my order, I end up getting it by 7:10 pm, and I do not even get an apology. This location truly sucks, and I have no idea how it is possible for anyone to have a positive experience here. I love Crisp and Green, I just find this location and staff to be quite comically inept and rude as hell.
Thank God I am moving! I’m glad others have had good experiences. I will no longer be having any experiences at the Plymouth...
Read moreThe customer service I experienced here was extremely poor. I was standing at one of the registers, waiting to order a drink, but the employees continuously skipped over me, assisting other customers at the adjacent register instead. This happened three times before I decided to move to the other register. However, when I did, the employee returned and proceeded to check out the customer behind me, completely ignoring my presence despite the fact that I was standing directly in front of the register. She’s literally talking to the person BEHIND me as if I’m not standing directly in front of her. In what world are customers treated like that??? I can tell the other customer was confused as well.
I then interjected and asked if I could order a drink, the employee handed me a cup and dismissively said, “Just take it”. At no point did she acknowledge me or offer assistance. Her attitude was rude and unprofessional.
This was not just bad service—it was blatant disregard for a paying customer. I strongly encourage management to review the security footage from this time to see for themselves how poorly I was treated. ( 2/19 at approximately 5:45 pm). I hope this incident is addressed appropriately, I expect better from your...
