Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Pocatello

Customer Service is ridiculous. I asked them to deliver to my place of work where I can't leave work very often to eat. I have seen them deliver to the business across the street and even further north to a physical therapy business, whose address is beyond the 4900 block. Called to ask management if they could deliver and was told they would only go to the 4800 block. I told them they had delivered to O'Reilly's right across the street, whose address is 4907 Yellowstone. She confirmed that they had made exceptions in the past and I asked if they could deliver 100 feet across the street from that and was told no.

At my previous place of work, we ordered Jimmy John's all the time. From my work to the store on South 5th, it was 1.9 miles. From my work to the Jimmy John's on Quinn Rd., it is 1.1 miles. Poor excuse to not deliver a sandwhich. Never going to eat at Jimmy...

Honestly this particular Jimmy John’s location has been fine in my previous experiences. Sometimes they took a while (30-40 mins) to get my food delivered (i work 30 seconds away from the store so it really shouldn’t be too long.) Today was by far the worst experience I’ve had at a Jimmy John’s. I ordered my food at 12:32pm from the location 30 seconds away. 1:30pm rolls around and I am almost off work at this point, so I call to just cancel my order. The employee who answered the phone was quite rude and acted as if I was the person in the wrong, though I was totally patient and understanding. I work in retail, I understand that some customers can be a fuss but I am certainly not one. He told me to tell my driver I didn’t want food because they were already on the way. The day before Yesterday my family and I went ate there. We love going there, love the sandwiches. No complaints there…However one of the staff members who I believe at that time was working the drive thru window, (2 or 3ish) took the liberty of getting upset with my 1 year old for something we didn’t realize she was doing, if not we would’ve moved her away from there gladly. But instead she told my baby in the rudest way to “get away”. And made our whole eating experience the worst and most uncomfortable we’ve ever felt, with a crying baby. If she would’ve brought to our attention instead of taking matters into her own hands like I said we would’ve gladly removed our daughter from there and ate our food in peace.
