Really torn between 3 and 4 stars, the staff kind of ruined it for me. I am on the keto diet and was really excited about the asiago cheese crust. They hadn't recieved any in the store yet, which was okay, but the guy named Nathan had poor attitude while informing us the store hadn't received it. Dude, I get, you're tired, you've been here all day, but don't ruin someone's day, by copping an attitude. There was no need to be cocky or make me feel dumb about the diet I was on. The guy who created my boyfriend's pizza was very sweet. His name was Vincent. He did a great job!! He was very informative and poilte while informing us they didn't have fresh rosemary. We asked the lady calling pizza orders to add pesto to my boyfriend's pizza cause he didn't know it was available. She threw on to the pizza resulting in it getting on his hoody. Not a big deal, but again customer service tips. We also ordered a rootbeer float. It's a fast food place so I guess I expected as much, but they handed us a cup full of ice cream and we were, I'm assuing, expected to make it ourselves. They advertised handspun floats so I assumed it would be fun to watch, but instead it was softserve ice cream we added Bargs to .... Yuck! The tables were all dirty. We had to wipe down a table ourselves and there wasn't really a washing station to do so. We had to use a napkin. The garbages were overflowing so I wasn't able to clean up my table very well which I felt horrible about, but wasnt sure what else to do ... Loved the environment overall, they had a perfect music selection for a pizza place. The food was pretty good too. I didn't expect much since it's fast food pizza, but it was tasty. My boyfriend and I got there an hour before close and since they were cleaning we asked out of respect if they were still open. âYepâ is all we got. Okay⊠We order, thatâs fine. Iâm even asked if I want extra sauce since only pesto comes on mine. And when I got my pizza there was no pesto on it. Anyway, as theyâre getting our pizzaâs out, my boyfriend is saying âexcuse meâ politely to ask for a side of sauce and they were ignoring him. So he gave up, just took the pizzas and said âthank youâ. We went to sit outside and saw our pizzas hardly had anything on them. I didnât want to be a bother, but since my pizza didnât have the pesto on it, I went inside and asked if I could get some. They said nothing, just grabbed the pesto and angrily topped it. I said âthank youâ and no response. No acknowledgement or even a look at me. It made my blood BOIL. I donât know if we said something to piss them off or if we came in too late and that did it.    Read moreThe food is good. There is no denying that. However if you get a standard pizza the portions versus price leaves something to be desired. Every topping you select the staff is trained to put hardly any of it on there. I have been to multiple Mod Pizza locations and this has always the case. There is a fun hack that fixes this (order every meat but the fish, every cheese but bleu cheese), however that can be a mistake. The reason for this is because the staff has a TERRIBLE attitude. Don't get me wrong, I'm very forgiving. I have worked restaurant jobs. I understand fast paced food service. However on several occasions the staff has been outright rude, and the best I've experienced is cold indifference. Even when they haven't been busy. And for the record, I've only done that "hack" once so they weren't rude for that reason either. Recently a friend of mine placed an order online. They didn't have the order in their system, and refused to make her order when she arrived to pick it up. Despite the fact that she had the confirmation in the app readily available as well as the pending bank transaction. The manager actually argued with her.
