We went to Logans on Monday for lunch. It was not super busy at all as it was 3pm. It was just about the worst customer service I have ever experienced. As briefly as possible- we waited about 5 minutes before anyone came to seat us-- then a fairly unfriendly young woman sat us. We then waited another 10 minutes. No water. No waiter. Nothing. We got up to leave- as we did we explained to the young woman that no one ever came to take our order-- she responded by asking if we know anyone looking for a job! The Bartender Bonnie walked over and told us she was just coming over and we should stay. I told her it seemed like she was overwhelmed as there didn't seem to be any other waiters around- she said she will take good care of us. We gave her order-- a 28 oz Ribeye medium rare and a Caesar Salad with Salmon. Also told her we had a reward for a free entree. 45 minutes later-- NO FOOD. Nothing. We finally got Bonnie to come over and she told us that "the kitchen just told me they were out of 160z ribeye so we were going to give you a 12 oz but I didn't want to do that to you so they found a frozen 16 oz and are thawing it out now", That's a direct quote. We told he we don't want a thawed steak and to bring us the 12 oz. She then went back to the kitchen. Ten minutes later she comes over to check on us. No food yet. I told her to next time- just tell the customer there's an issue. She didn't say sorry or anything. Then another 10 minutes go by- we're now there for an HOUR! We get up to go just as the food came out-- the Manager (Debbie?) brings it out. They don't bother to make sure everything came out alright-- it didn't. The steak was not only NOT medium rare but it was completely WELL DONE. We then ask for the manager to come back. She then says-- "she can take it off". I think of course she means off the bill-- so we say thank you-- but then she picks up the plate and starts to take it away. I then said what are you doing? She said we said to take it off. And I said, "Yeah- take it off the bill- but we've now waited over an HOUR for our food." She then put it back. We finished the food. Bonnie brings out the check and she charged us for the 16 oz not the 12 Oz AND she gave us a 25% off but didn't take off the reward entree (she explained you can't have two promos) and then I explained that she's actually charging us more by not taking off the entree and I'd rather she do that AND that we had the 12 oz not the 16. She then said we did have the 16oz. And we both were like- Wtf? You gave us the frozen steak after all? Then she took the check away -- I saw Debbie again and asked her to come by. And said how is possible service can be this bad. She assured us we had the fresh 12os not the frozen. ANd she then took the steak off but didn't us give us the reward ... whatever. She said to save it for next time--- LIKE THERE WOULD EVER BE A NEXT TIME! Hands down-- the absolute WORST SERVICE I have ever had... EVER. Just rude, unhelpful and also just not smart. At no time did Debbie or Bonnie say-- "Sorry". Can we get you an appetizer? Can we take care of your beer? How about a dessert on the house? Just SOMETHING to show they care even just a little. The Irony- Debbie knew us- cause we were there for dinner on Saturday night- had a great meal but our new waiter couldn't figure out splitting two checks and it took us 30 minutes to finalize our bill and YET after that we decided to give you guys one more chance- WOW. Read moreOn Tuesday December 12th, I Called Logans In Pooler To Make A Reservation For Saturday December 16th, For My Daughter's Birthday Party. The Lady I Spoke To On The Phone Took Down My Full Name, My Cell Number, Confirmed The Date, That We'd Have A Party Of 7, Also Also Gave Me Some Information Regarding Decorations, That They Could Store The Cake In The Freezer, And Etc. Well......... When We Show Up On Saturday, The Hostess Couldn't Find Our Reservation. She Went And Got The Manager, And The Manager Said That She Didn't Doubt That We Made A Reservation, But It Wasn't In There System, That She'd Find Us A Table As Soon As One Became Available, After She Seated Those Ahead Of Us, That Had Been Waiting A While. I Made Reservations, Because I Knew How Busy It'd Be That Night, And For Them To Loose It, Had Me Extremely Frustrated!!! Considering We Walked In At 6:40 PM To Check In Early, In Case Anything Were To Happen. We Finally Got Seated At 7:30, But No One Ever Came Over To The Table Untill 7:45, After We Alerted The Manager, Considering We Had Already Been Waiting Forever, And No One In 15 Minutes Had Even Gotten Our Drink Order. Once Half Of Us Got Our Drinks, They Told Us That It'd Be A Few Minutes, That They Had To Brew Some More Tea. About 7 Minutes Later, He Brought Them Cups Of Water, And Said They Were Still Waiting On New Tea To Be Made. It's Ridiculous How Long Everything In General Took! We Were Told That They Were Out Of Rolls, So We Put In An Appetizer Order, And Went Ahead And Put In Our Food Order Since Everything Was Just Taking Too Long At That Point. Our Spin Dip Made It To The Table, And About Half Of The Chips Were Extremely Oily And The Dip Was Luke Warm, Not Even Hot Like It Normally Is. And When We Finally Got Our Food, It Was Also Warm And Not Hot. My Husband's Plate Was Missing Broccoli And They Said They Had To Make Some More, But That Was A Lie Considering They Left pieces Of Broccoli On The Plate, But Obviously Since It Got Cold, They Scraped It Off To Reheat It. And They Threw The Steak In The Microwave And Had To Re-Heat That Also, Which You Could Tell After Cutting It. Overall, Logans Ruined My 12 Year Old Daughter's Birthday Party, And Was A Waste Of $60.71!!! And All The Manager Could Say Was I'm Sorry Over And Over, And Had No Other Words. We Finally Left At 9 PM, After Getting There At 6:40 PM. You Add Up How Long It Took For Service, Food, And Etc, WAY TOO LONG CONSIDERING. Afterwards We Decided To Do Cake Elsewhere Since We Were Disappointed With This...
Read moreI’ve never left a review but felt compelled to do so tonight. My husband, daughter, and myself came to this restaurant after 2 other restaurants in the area had over 2 hour wait times. We arrived at 9pm and were able to walk right in at Logan’s and was seated immediately. Our waiter came and introduced himself (Ethan) and took our drink and dinner order. We received our drinks and bread but our daughter had to wait for her apple juice. About 15 min later the apple juice came out. We then received our bread and a salad with no bread plates. He came back a little while after and finally brought the plates. We were just sitting and waiting for an hour and no food nor update given on the status of the food. At 9:58 Ethan comes to our table and ask did we need anything and I said yes, we are waiting on our food. He said the kitchen got behind all of a sudden and there were 6-7 tables in front of us and it would be another 30 minutes. By then I was highly upset and we tried to find the manager. No one at the front assisted us. My husband went back to our table found the manager and said that our food was ready but by then it was too late and we asked for the food to be packed up so we could take back to the hotel. They tried to charge us but give a discount for the food without even giving us an update of what was going on. We left the food at the counter because we were not going to pay for bad customer service. Chris another manager walked out the door behind us and gave us the food anyway as he knew the service was awful. I expressed my grievances and told them it was the worst customer service that I have ever received (which it was). He apologized and understood our point of view and said what happened to us should have never taken place. We get back to the hotel and the food was bad. My husbands steak was raw and not edible. We traveled from out of state for the weekend and was tired from traveling and just wanted a decent meal. Never again will I patronize here. No excuse to receive such awful customer service and food. I rate this establishment a “0”, and corporate needs to look into...
