I have been in this shop many times and on a professional note, can honestly say that their frozen yogurt is consistently delicious, creamy, and oh so good! They regularly rotate their flavor options, with in-house made chocolate and vanilla always available, and keep thier wide variety of toppings fresh and well stocked. They also have added a drink menu option with many flavored coffees and spritzer options to choose from. On a personal note, I will say that I really enjoy the people who work there. They are friendly, kind, and always willing to help you or answer questions with a smile on their face. I will also say that the owner, April, is an amazing human with a beautiful heart for her community. I work with people who have developmental disabilities (DD) and April has gone out of her way on numerous occasions to support our local DD community. She has even gone to the extent of shuffling around her own personal schedule, which is a major inconvenience when children and school schedules are involved, to help accommodate a schedule issue that occurred when one of our other local places closed over the winter months and we had no options that accommodated our tight schedule. April graciously opened her door to us an hour before she officially opened to the public, which meant that she had to arrive 2 hours ahead of her normal schedule twice a week just so she could have everything up and ready for us. How amazing is that?!? I have also overheard her supporting other local people and various businesses throughout our community and have often thought how grateful I am to have people like her and her staff in our community. If you are local, stopping in and supporting Fat Yeti Froyo is like supporting our local community. If you are visiting from out of town, please stop in treat yourself with a delicious froyo and...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI like this place snd go in and get two cups of yogurt one for my autistic child who waits in the car with my husband. Normally everything is fine, but they have changed from paying by weight to priced by cup, also fine. But.. they changed to paying for the cup first instead of afterwords witch would have been fine except the owner snapped at me when I went to grab my cup to get ice cream as usual while she spoke with a customer who hadnāt been there before. I was there a couple weeks ago and apparently paying before was a new change since then. I donāt mind the change but Iām not interested in being snapped at and pretty much told Iām cutting someone else in line as you explain how it all works to them. I was trying to be quick to get back to my kid. A little kindness goes a long way, itās really not what was said but how you said it. I wasnāt aware of this change and this was the first time Iāve made the mistake of grabbing the cup to fill up before paying since normally at every other place you pay at the end. This was such a bummer because this is a fun thing for me and my toddler, I wonāt be back cuz I donāt want to keep up with the constant changes and being treated poorly when I literally donāt work there itās not my job to know all the changes. You could have informed...
Ā Ā Ā Read more26$ for two unexceptional yogurts. I wanted to add some Golden Grahams in my toppings, cause I didnāt see them at first, boy what did I do⦠I got my hand slap really fast! Thank god the 4 Golden Grahams are still there for whoever wonāt go to that store, my 26$ are gone and wasted though.
EDIT: it wasnāt two large yogurts but one large and one small. Also, looking at the other reviews, a lot of people have commented the same, high prices and zero tolerance on toppings. The owner is defensive and rude about any comment, rather than taking it as a...
