Showed up here one evening after the beach with family wearing sweatpants and sweatshirts. We had our dogs and children in the car and were all very hungry and ready to eat. We planned on eating outside so one of us could stay in the car with the dogs but all still be in the same area together. We walked in asking to place an order and what seemed to be the manager (younger short slim fit Italian guy) came behind and passed us and opened the door and said “for the people that have been waiting come inside” and immediately looked over his shoulder at us with a side eye. We knew he was giving an unpleasant energy out to us but we did not understand why. We felt it was because of how we were dressed which was very discriminative. It appeared he was the only person in the place with a chip on his shoulder for no reason. He denied us service with an arrogant and very unpleasant attitude and even had a nasty attitude with his staff. We are delightful respectful people and are wonderful tippers. We are SO glad we did not give Bronx House Pizza our money and will make sure no one will get a recommendation for them from us. We are so glad to have went to Gotham City Pizza right up the road who treated us with respect and fed us wonderful food and even accommodated us outside seating so we could all be together with our dogs. They were horrified to hear what happened just a few minutes prior. We pay attention to ugly hearts and minds and we are able to see it very well and we are lovers of good pure hearts and minds and this was just a very sad experience for us to see that there are people that think it’s ok to walk around with inflated egos and project their ugly energies unto others. Shame on the little...
Read moreLittle girl alerted me they moved locations. I couldn’t help but to think of Giuseppe’s which used to be a hole in the wall though, and I never ate at once I went to a big place that became overrated and mass populated.
Tonight the pizza was way too burnt on the bottom. The crust was like cardboard and pizza so thin and soggy lacking toppings. Mind less bread because my body doesn’t do well with carbs, but it’s a bit too thin to hold that much cheese ratio. The only OK thing was cheese, even if it was cold. Bummed. As you see below, my review, used to be wonderful. I feel like it was a waste of money as the salad was also lacking never seen such shriveled up. Peppers lettuce was wilted. Wouldn’t get again. Rent is high I have had businesses for decades with fam in town - but it’s gotta get better quality for price for sure. And because it’s the last place I liked next pizza will be NY.
Best pizza hands down. New Yorker here. I know pizza and I don’t eat it much down here. It’s the perfect crisp! It’s amazing the next day too. if you take it to go just pop in oven for few or toaster oven it’s so good. Not too loaded with cheese but plenty not loaded with sauce. The wait staff is the absolute nicest. The males and females. Love this place and also how it’s smaller so not overwhelming for me to sit as a highly sensitive empath. I can sit for a slice with my girl without a warehouse like echo chamber like other places that stay busy. This place is a godsend to this town when in need of pizza. The young guy at counter is thee sweetest and the girls all so sweet too. The vibe here is perfect. Thanks guys! ( Posted this on ormond by accident but seems to be...

The food is average in quality. The prices are high for a pizza joint, but the service is below a 1 star. I have been there for takeout more than 10 times in the past few months. The manager who runs the cashier desk is rude, short and condescending. She is especially so to takeout CUSTOMERS and delivery people.
When people have to wait in a small cramped space in front of the cashier stand after ordering by phone or through food delivery services for anywhere between 30-60 minutes AFTER the order was supposed to be ready on a consistent basis, there is something very wrong with the owner/operators business model. The atmosphere is loud and chaotic.while dining your view is either the tables around you or if you get a window seat, a wannabe parking lot.
In the first location a few unit down in the same plaza it was MUCH MUCH better. Food ready on time or even early. Staff was super friendly and food quality was amazing. If you’re in no hurry and don’t mind paying good money for average quality food, Bronx House is the place for you. Oh, and good luck finding a parking spot because there really is no parking lot for a...
