After months of waiting, this is what we get? This is not a Brooklyn water bagel. We went on opening day and within three hours. The bagels were hard as rocks that tells me that if they boil the bagels, they're freezing them and then perhaps baking them in a toaster oven at the location. They are not fresh. Don't have to be from New York to know that this is not an official water bagel. The coffee was not good either. I spoke to the manager and told them that I'm very snobby about coffee and I wanted to taste it first they looked at me strangely I went ahead and bought it and regretted it. I'm better off just staying home and doing my own thing. Hate to burst your bubble butt. Port St. Lucie needs to wake up about good food. We also bought a muffin and there was no blueberries in it only two on top nothing and dry as the Mojave desert. I will give it to them that they have a wonderful staff. That's the only thing that's going about this place. They also microwave their eggs, which I understand are powdered eggs. Sad! They also got my order wrong twice on the same order.... won't...

Upon walking in, every table was dirty. 3 workers (that I could see). 3 customers sitting and myself and 1 other at the counter. I would say it was not busy. My order was taken in which I repeated twice to the cashier to confirm she had everything. I filled my fountain soda and waited. The soda was terrible it tasted like metal. Im not sure what they are cleaning the machine with, or maybe not cleaning it, but it was gross. Once I recieved my order I noticed I was missing an item. The cashier told the kitchen she forgot to ring it up and they made it anyway. Then it occurred to me to check my sandwich, sure enough it was made incorrectly and missing an item. They made a new one. Once I left and tasted my meal I was very disappointed.
Overall the staff tried to rectify the wrongs but the taste of the food/drinks will keep me...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was initially excited but wow at 1230pm i had the hardest oldest bagels. I may have as well defosted publix beand frozen bagels. It was as if they microwaved and cooled the bagel and microwaved it again before they gave it to us. We asked for twice toasted and our bagels were not toasted even once. I was able to force food down my throat for sustinance but my wife almost broke her jaw trying to chew it. We've been trying to call the store for 30 minutes straight and it goes to voicemail and mailbox is full, probably with bad reviews. It's not even busy in there and the coffee also day old. Is this just the crappy customer service of this location or all Brookly...
