I placed a order at this specific dominos at 7 PM on the online app I changed my phone number to the correct number so that they will be able to call me when they’re at the gate and I let them in. I called the office when I received an email stating that my pizza was delivered and they hope I enjoyed it upon speaking to the manager at this location he stated they could not deliver my order because they could not reach me so they canceled my order. I then went ahead and ordered another pizza gave them the correct phone number and advised them please contact me when you’re at the gate so that I can go ahead and open it for you. The manager confirmed that that would be OK took my card number and processed another order. I called the office after 45 minutes they said my pizza would be there any minute so I went to my gate waited there for 30 minutes no pizza arrived. upon calling the office they stated that they’ve been at my gate they called me and went ahead and canceled my order for a second time. Unacceptable they took my phone number my card information never delivered pizza hung up on me three times when I ask for the general managers information. I spoke to Shelby at this location she hung up on me and told me she would not be giving me contact information. This is what you call BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! After the 2nd time I wouldn’t even want to eat from this place. I spoke to 7 different individuals in 1 day for 1 order..........
Read moreThe manager here at this store has the absolute best customer service, my pan pizzas the last 2 times have been very doughy and were so gross I couldn't even eat them, I seem to order late at night, just before closing and it's my understanding the 2nd oven that cooks pan pizzas longer and maybe at a different temp gets turned off close to closing...anyways, I spoke with Adam personally on the phone and he said if I could stop by he would refund the cost of the pizza and the brownies that were very hard, too hard to chew. I stopped by and he refunded my whole purchase, and made me a fresh, great pan pizza!! I was done...never going to order from Dominos again...but with such excellent customer service like that...I had to give them one more try...again, Adam is the most professional, caring and all around great manager...I hope the higher ups in regional management see this review...they have a great quality employee there...best service I've gotten anywhere for anything I w asnt happy with as far as food goes, I am disabled so unfortunately I do order out because it is difficult to stand in the kitchen and cook a full meal so, this has me convinced to order again...Im confident this pan pizza will be perfect!! Read moreIt difficult to continue support of this particular store location. I'm a long time customer and I've given this store their last chance... Something is always missing, my pizzas always have blowouts (bubbles), they are sloppy, doey, the cheese is always running off, there is ZERO QUALITY CONTROL at this location.
I suggest to the manager or owner, whomever you have working this particular day at 5:30, you take them off the line asap, I have no doubt it's the same person everytime I order that cooks. Last time I chalked it up to them having a bad day, and it showed in my food. I'm not angry as much as just aggravated and disappointed, it happens almost every single time I order. I just want what I pay for, and to be edible, no more no less, that's all.
These 2 pictures are pretty, compared to how they usually come, but you can see the blowouts and the cheese slide, not to mention my missing dip cups. It's a running joke in my household now. Smh......
