I used to love Java dock. In highschool a big group of us came here everyday and there were couches, It was down to earth, natural, cool. I came up to the outdoor window for the first time which is a great idea that wasnât used before, with my dog. The employee was moving around opening fridges, there was no one in side so I waited to not be rude with the bell and obviously she could see me and finally I said something. I had 30 minutes and this was a rare treat because I had 40 dollars in my bank account for two weeks, my dog lives in a kennel in my parents garage every day 24 hours a day except for the time I take him out because Iâve almost died and been in bed the last year. Iâm trying to get my life back together and give my dog what he deserves. I was friendly with the blonde haired girl in her mid twenties wearing a band t-shirt for the cure, told her when I saw them live asked her about music. Whatever. I ordered a medium cafe aulait with milk alternative and asked for whipped cream for my dog. She set down the drink and said hereâs your drink went to the other counter and looked back with a dirty look. If what she really wanted to say is âthis isnât Starbucksâ the proper answer would be, âI apologize I canât do the whipped cream.â She charged me over $7 dollars I think it was $7.15. Which is insane. The same drink at two other places is under $6 I waited a bit but the dirty look implied thatâs a no, so then my bank account was down to $32.80 and I drank my Luke warm milk mixed with coffee, and my dog was getting a 15 minute walk for this 24 hours and no treat. I take my dog to McDonaldâs after the dog park and I just order a hamburger for him and the other day they came out with a little cup of ice-cream for him we didnât ask for it was so nice. I guess it takes life experience to know how hard life can be and how your interaction...
Read moreSo happy to have found this place with husband, while son was in school!! Coffee(s) review: Shangri Late is amazing, coconut and macadamia nut flavor is very good, NO artificial flavor at all. Had it iced, coffee quality is delicious. Salty Dog iced is really good for that salted caramel (great quality) craving, with a light chocolate hint, more flavor coming from the good quality coffee and salted Carmel. Breakfast bagel sandwiches: Bagel tastes really good Eggs cooked to perfection. Sunrise Bagel- bacon quality is aaamaazziinngg (picky bacon person here) red, not very fatty, flavorful, crispy bacon! The garlic aoli did NOT disappoint, not overwhelming, as I just finished eating 5 minutes ago and no garlic taste lingers (thanks to good coffee too)... Bagel sausage egg- Sausage flavor is very good, not too thin or too thick patty. Spicy (not too SPICYđ„) & sweet sauce is good, as a person who can't deal with spice, i would get LIGHT sauce, or on the side. Overall, definitely going to be having a lot more items off the menu in the future! Upstairs seating. Outdoor...

The coffee itself is fantasticârich, flavorful, and clearly made with care. I tried their seasonal latte, and it was delicious! They also have a great selection of pastries and light bites. The blueberry muffin I had was fresh and perfectly sweet.
