Bellagios Pizza — Restaurant in Portland

As a delivery driver in the area, this restaurant is constantly screwing over uber drivers. They want to get out right at closing time and will deny pickups in order to do so. On multiple occasions I arrived to the store to do a pickup 30 minutes before close and they claim that the “system is down and they can’t see any orders.” Which is code for, “we turned off the system manually because we don’t want to have to fill orders up until closing time.” This causes issues for the Uber system. Customers are still ordering, drivers coming to pick up and are turned away. I watched 5 drivers get turned away in the 10 minutes it took me to talk to chat support and get removed from the order. If you are open, you should be fulfilling orders. Period.

Won’t be long before Uber will catch on and this restaurant kicked off. You are inconveniencing customers, drivers contracted to deliver your food, and Uber as a platform.

Unimpressed with how this business...

my only experience with this location happened a couple of years ago, but i'm realizing now that i should have rated them at the time and failed to do so.

ordered for delivery, it was a couple of pizzas and a 2 liter. the delivery took a pretty normal amount of time. it was around the amount of time they predicted. but when the driver provided our items, i mentioned that i ordered a 2 liter and it was missing. the driver acknowledged the mistake and offered to come back. i said it would be good but i would understand if he couldn't. he was back about 20 minutes later with the drink. admittedly, he was only delivering what i ordered but it wasn't his fault they didn't give it to him to bring (or didn't make sure he had it). i considered it great service.

and the pizza was literally the best pizza we've ever had. we weren't used to pizza that tasted so good. i would definitely recommend...

If I could give zero stars I would give less than that. My girlfriend and I had placed an order by phone, and had just walked in the door when we were very rudely told to get out and put a mask on. We didn't know there was a new mandate in effect, but it would not have been a problem if there hadn't been 10-15 other people with no masks on, and zero masks in sight. When my girlfriend asked why we had to wear masks if no one else was she was met with a very rude "SHUT UP!!" Yelled by the lady behind the counter. At this point I'm confused why she felt the need to yell, but she continued to scream at us that she was not going to serve us unless we had masks on, and if we didn't put on masks she would call the police. Never doing business with this place again. Unbelievably terrible customer service, cold food, and favoritism do not at all benefit this place. -5 stars....
