All I’ve heard is great things about the food here, and was excited to try for lunch. My phone died and I needed to charge my phone with WiFi to pay. I had to use a restroom and had been a very busy day. The 3 people standing at the counter welcomed me and when I asked if they had WiFi and a bathroom, they responded ‘if your going to buy and order and eat here, we do’ I couldn’t believe that people work so hard to discourage people from entering their place and trying new food. Not since the Earl of Sandwich first laid slices of meat across pieces of bread in 1762 and marveled at his creation, has a restaurant served such awe-inspiring sandwich artistry. We went to Cera on Sunday, on our way back to Bangor. My wife partook in the “Haas to be turkey”, which she raved was fabulous. One of the best sandwich’s. I was only going to eat half and save the rest for hubby but as soon as I took the first bite, I knew he would go hungry 😋. The sourdough bread was soft, the perfect amount of spicy Mayo, fresh sliced tomatoes and perfectly portioned and crunchy fresh lettuce were the first act of this sandwich.
