I've visited Arabica several times since I work nearby. The hot drinks are great, but the iced drinks are watery and frankly unimpressive. I haven't tried their food so I can't attest to that. Now, I would come back here regularly for their hot lattes if it wasn't for the bitter attitude of some of the employees. There is a particular individual that works here who is quite rude on every visit. I make a point of being friendly and quick to order (I have worked as a barista so I am aware of how tiring some customers can be), yet I am always met with attitude. Pros -Good for everyone from babies to retired people -toys! The kids played with wood blocks as my husband and I enjoyed our coffee -the employees were super friendly -good coffee. Really good. I am from seattle, home of some of the best coffee...and I was a happy girl. -super spacious interior. Lots of places to sit, and yet not crowded at all -WiFi passcode on the table

First they brought only the cappuccino, and we had to remind them about the latte. When we double-checked, staff assured us the cappuccino was made with lactose-free milk and the latte with regular. We swapped drinks to be safe—but judging by my body’s reaction, both were made with regular milk.
