Not the best bubble tea (boba) place I've been to, but there's not much available right now. They have a version of Tiger Sugar (if you haven't heard of it, it's a Taiwanese thing where they drizzle caramelized sugar in the inside of the cup) they call Monster Boba. Tastes a lot like Tiger Sugar. I got full sweet, and 50% ice. If I go again I'll get full ice, they put in tea that was still a little too warm. It's very sweet at full sweet, but that's what I wanted. With Monster and full sugar is much sweeter than what you might be used to of you get boba from an Asian chain or are used to it in Asia. I give it 3 out of 5 because it was a little disappointing on flavor (lychee forgot was weak), not too creamy, and the wait was longer than I'm used to for a boba place. Still, not bad all things considered, just didn't fully satisfy what I was looking for. If I were you, and you like peaches, I'd try the peach tea (no milk) with full ice and full sugar. The other person with me got this and it was pretty good. Also, they'll ask you if you want boba (or jelly) since apparently adding these things isn't standard here (at a boba tea shop). If they don't, and you don't say, you...

I am a fan of Ding Tea, and this is the first time trying this PSU nearby location. I order my only favorite mango green tea with cheese foam, they put sea cream in my drink and mixed it up. I felt strange but i gave it a try and it tastes terrible. I came back and asked them what happens, they explained that the foam is melted and they use sea cream instead of cheese foam because it is similar (they didn't tell me that they don't have cheese foam, they charge $1 for it). I asked them to remake my drink without the cream because they don't have the foam that I wanted. They unwilling remaked it and the drink taste just tea, nothing else! No mango taste even they already charge $6.25 for a drink (already $0.50 more expensive than others Ding Tea) They tried to convince me that the foam should be melted like they made it. They tried to correct me of the type of drink that I drink every week at others Ding Tea, more than 1 place. Rude, and negligent Total $6.25...

I always love boba but have had some issues with this place, mainly with online ordering. First, the tea I get is always 10/10 and I love the options on their menu for level of sweetness and ice. But their taiyaki that I had was absolutely disgusting. It's supposed to be kind of like a waffle (at least others I've had were) but the one I had was so dry and hard that when I bit into it, it crumbled all over my clothes.

I also highly highly highly recommend figuring out some other way to deal with online orders because what they're doing just isn't working. You either have to wait in line just to pick up your order that's sitting on the counter, or wait where everyone else waits and hope that either a) they notice you or call out the mobile order, or b) get their attention, which is nearly impossible when it's busy.

*Edited to four stars because they seem to have remedied the online...

*Updated review: Still one of the best places to get various types of drinks, with decent sizes, plus they have a rewards program: purchase 8, get 1 free. I love the blended Thai iced tea with lychee jelly, 25/50% sweet, and the monster boba but don't be afraid to take your time and ask questions when ordering (I hadn't even noticed you can choose the ice quantity). Monster boba latté was good, and tailored nicely to personal taste. Ham & cheese and Original (custard filled) taiyaki (fish stamped waffle sandwich) were really tasty, with a beautiful, pastry-like texture. Spam musubi was decent, with good amount of eel sauce. Window seating, and vending machines of candy, ramen, drinks etc. towards rear.
