Pettygrove Park — Attraction in Portland

Small relatively quite park situated amongst several downtown buildings directly behind the 200 Market Building downtown. It was absolutely quiet at this small park. Little to nothing happens here, which was what made it great for my meet-up. Parts of this park is being repaired, and most entrance had stairs, which made it extremely inconvenient for disabled/elderly/infants with strollers.

I wish that they would implement better...
