Cramer Hall — Attraction in Portland

The building is old and outdated, but it serves its function well. There are plenty of computer labs that can be used for both classes and independent study and study lounges on most floors. The room numbers don't really make a lot of sense because the building was done in 4 parts, and the room numbers were never changed. You can either look at it as an annoyance or as a quirky fun fact of a cornerstone of PSU. I am currently majoring in Anthropology, so I spend a lot of time in this building. Cramer Hall is okay for classes, it's just old. Some of the classrooms still have chalkboards and chairs that are screwed to the ground. I think all the classrooms have screens and projectors though, so that's good. Cramer Hall also houses the Reuse Room, one of my best places on campus to find goodies. Check...

The room numbers are not sequential meaning that you have to check maps every time. The elevators are so slow I have been reduced to tears waiting for them before. Additionally only one of the elevators goes all the way to the top floor and there is no notice of that...
