Monster Maz Mac & Wings - PSU — Restaurant in Portland

I placed an order online, it went through, I got a confirmation email from the business, and my credit card was charged. We bought $50 worth of food and left a 20% tip.

When we got there, we were told that they did not have the order, and the person working was extremely rude and non-apologetic. His attitude was basically that it was not his problem. Despite providing proof, they would not make our order. He told us we had to contact Menufy, but gave us no information about how to do that.

I finally found a number for Menufy online and they said that the cart’s system was not working, and that the order HAD gone through, but because their system wasn’t working, they didn’t receive it. This was the cart’s problem, but they treated us like it was ours. Thankfully, Menufy provided a full refund.

This was our first time trying this cart, and due to the extreme rudeness of the employee and poor customer service, we will not be back. Totally unacceptable behavior...

This halal Mac and cheese spot has some really fresh tasting dishes and a great friendly staff to tie the experience. I tried a total of four items on the menu, their garlic Parm Mac topped with garlic and parmesan cheese was creamy, flavourful, and pasta was cooked to perfection. Their mozzarella sticks topped with parsley and parmesan had an immaculate cheese pull, and we're very flavor packed. Food was reasonably priced for the amount you get! I got the pesto chicken mac and cheese - and the cheese had a very satisfying pull! I think the pesto flavor was a bit overpowering, but maybe I just don't like pesto as much as I thought. The person working (I assume the owner) was great and full of energy. He was patient with me while I decided what to order - specifically what drink I wanted. Will definitely come here again - so many...
