Sharetea Burnside — Restaurant in Portland

Ordered a pickup and the schedule gave me until 4:25. I was on my lunch break when I realized I made a mistake and ordered from the wrong location. I called the location at 4:22 and spoke to a woman who told me to cancel in the app I ordered from then hung up on me. I spoke with two different representatives from the app who also called and confirmed with the restaurant a cancellation would not be processed and a refund not issued. I was taken aback since when I originally called the order was still in progress and I still had time. I have never physically been to this location but I would not recommend it because of how they treated me over the phone and through ordering pickup. I went to the location in clackamas and ordered my drinks again, paying for them again. It's appalling that they wouldn't issue me a refund to what was two drinks and really nothing to their business - I would have been happy to visit them in person to return the favor for my mistake. But their rude reception and outright lying makes me feel like I was robbed. So please avoid this location if you want to be treated...

I don't typically leave reviews but I stopped in today and was not impressed. The two people working were nice enough. After my friends and I ordered two people came in and walked into the back but they didn't seem like they worked there? They were both wearing bikini tops and walked behind the counter. It took a normal amount of time to get my drink but my friends drinks took almost 20 minutes. Only to find out one of the workers had made them and didn't put them on the counter or say anything. The other worker also didn't know they were made so he was trying to make them as well. I don't know if the first worker was just excited to see their friends that came in or what. Our drinks also ended up being very unpleasant so we all tossed them...

The staff were very friendly. I ordered a tea and a new menu item which the staff let me know ahead of time it would be a bit of a wait as it was new to them, which is understandable. They wanted to offer me a refund for what they ended up giving me, but I really enjoyed it and wished I could have tipped more for their efforts. It was busy while I was in there but they did a great job serving the other guests kindly and timely. Would recommend to anybody looking for takeout bubble tea, I've been here several times as I live practically on the neighboring block and haven't been disappointed.
