Looking for drinks you don't always see everyday? Tea Artist in downtown Portland is the place for you!

There's more than boba tea here; ice cream is served along with sparkling teas and even loose tea leaves. The atmosphere is very calm and the cups are reusable along with certain lids, so you can use the cup again and again.

I got the Blue Sky drink, which is a blue raspberry blended drink with whipped cream clouds and crystal boba (the default boba is rainbow jelly, but you can get any boba as a substitute).

This boba shop is even better than I thought it would be in person! When I first walked in the store one of the first things I noticed was the pu-erh tea, and then the icecream case that held the Gelato. And then I looked a bit closer at the menu, and they have a pretty good variety of teas, coffees , and blended fruit flavored drinks (think vianmese coffee and fruit flavors like lychee) as well as a vast assortment of toppings! Small tea shop near the DMV downtown with vibrant vibes and nearly everything made from scratch in house.

No artificial sweeteners. Drinks are naturally made medium sweet using cane sugars and the whip cream is real and so creamy! The gelato is decadent with so many options (even vegan!) and honestly so delicious on a made to order bubble waffle.

Really kind owner and staff. They took time to make everything we ordered look perfect.
