The Portland plaza has great staff, and such a welcoming environment. They have a clean, warm pool which is great and a great terrace for barbecuing and they also have a little fireplace and if you have kids, it’s big enough for them to run around. I have been honored to represent a Seller in the Portland Plaza building. There is NOTHING that compares to the Plaza. The amenities are incredible, the concierges are top notch (helpful, friendly). I do think this is the only building in Portland that has 24 hour security/concierge. The views are absolutely amazing....
