Honestly this is a pretty good restaurant. With regret however; this review is call out to a server who in my opinion made foolish claim. The server (he has blondish long hair) told me to leave the restaurant because apparently I said something that offended someone. To my astonishment, I have no recollection of anything that would have offended anyone. I was on a short video call with my girlfriends parents. It was a cheerful and polite conversation. There is a possibility I may have said a f-word when commenting on the size of fish my father caught...anyways like I said. I have no idea.
I think the real mistake made here, is I am a next door neighbor. I come to the restaurant generally 3 days a week. I typically spend between $52-$78 every time I come. The food is outstanding, and I like to come to this restaurant to do some light computer work.
I have never been kicked out of a establishment before, let alone a quiet sit down sushi restraurant . When I asked the waiter why he was kicking me out, he said, “I trust what the other customer is claiming”. I then responded, “Im confused...what is the other customer claiming??” He said, “they said (the other customer) it was inappropriate”. Okay...Im sorry to inconvenience anybody. I quietly left the restaurant
I see him every week, and I have never had an issue with him, nor he with I. The only conclusion I can reach is, he is a child working at a very decent restaurant who jumps to conclusions. Kicking a regular customer out for hearsay is a very silly thing to do. The correct procedure would be, “sir, I heard a complaint. I hope you are enjoying your dinner, but I was wondering if you could please keep your...

The food is just not good here. The Spider roll was outstandingly unflavored. I ordered the unagi-don, which was tiny and disappointing. You get a few slices of unagi sleeping on a bed of rice, on a plate that is insultingly big. My brother had ordered the Loco moco, served on a wooden board that was again too large for the portion, and he hated how vaguely sick he felt after eating it. I tried a bite myself and I did not want another. The only thing we did like was the simple chicken kara-age, but we ordered that twice as it wasn't enough.
The price point is fairly normal for Japanese restaurants in the area, but for bland lunch special sized portions, it's hard to not feel ripped off. There are others in the area that are better in nearly every way within minutes drive, and you should...
