Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Poway

Horrible customer service and you can tell it is due to the poor example from management. We pre-ordered for our business at 8:30 in the morning for a 12:30 delivery. At 12:30 it’s still did not even show as prepped. When I called, the person who answered the phone said well order times are not delivery times and I said well I ordered it at 8:30 in the morning to be delivered at 12:30 PM and I have confirmation. He literally said, well I can’t make it go any faster, they just put it in the oven. At that point I asked to speak to a manager because this person could not give me an estimated delivery time. When the manager got on the phone she lied to me and said that Pizza was out for delivery but then when I told her the other person told me it was just in the oven she said I see it now being taken out of the oven and we have to cut it. We had a huge order ahead of you, so it’s not our fault. The whole experience was ridiculous and unnecessary. It sounds like a new staff...

Literally the BEST dominoes pizza I have ever had. I ordered a barbecue chicken pizza and it came out so delicious, so crispy yet so soft and even fluffy and it was amazing. I called the store and gave them a compliment. It was the best dominoes experience I have ever had so I decided to write a review as well. These guys did a great job. I’ve never ordered from this dominoes before I was just passing by after work but I will literally be returning because they made the pizza so good and I loved every bite. Keep up the good work. This is the third straight horrible experience with this store. Cold old pizza once, second time, cold and driver would not deliver to door claiming company policy due to robberies. (Was obviously a lie) I called manager, Pizza was then Thrown on porch with aggressive knock on door, and I was given a middle finger when I opened door. Today I ordered at 2 pm for 5 pm delivery, pizza is still not here at 5:25, and it left the store at 4:59. When we called we were asked why we can’t be patient it’s a few minutes away by employee over the phone.
