So i went To this location on March 25th around 9:30 PM and wanted to order the ghost pepper spice of chicken Sandwich. Add a completed my order the cashier on drive through stated that they only had Homestead chicken and they were out of spicy so I said no thank you and Joe Fox I went to the location again tonight because I wasn't a move for one of their Christmas fish sandwiches and the young meeting greeted me on. The heads that in the driver and stated I'm sorry but my systems are now. I asked what the system will be backup and she stated. It would be down for the remainder of the evening and this was only about 9:45 PM. I have read restaurants with several years and I do know that 1 systems are down. You may not be able to take printed cars but there is a way that you can take the order. Manually collect the cash and once the system is up. Then you continue to add the order into the appeal and go about your day every time I come to this location. They're either out of something or their systems are down as many times at the systems have been down at this location. I don't understand how you're making any money. Please hire managers and crew that actually care about the business. At least to some degree that they don't run all your cousin resolve. It's always something wrong with this Wendy's you're either out of chicken or out of the chicken. The customer wants you either out of 2 or the 2 children's. ย ย ย Read moreIt was a nightmare...I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich to go... when my order was done...the cashier gave me my bag all fold up...I left the premises and got half way home...I stay near 6 Flags... I had to come back cause my order was wrong...I spoke again to the cashier "Robbie" to let her know my order was wrong & that I to come back from a long way...& I asked was I going to get something for free in front of the manager...he said nothing but her response was very loud And clear "no"...I asked what she mean no...she said it again with an attitude...so I said in front of everyone "employees & customers "that I know what to do, I was going to make a few calls to complain" she then replied " go ahead & call whoever my name is on the receipt"...I took out my and pretend to record her & the manager but I didn't...she then threatened me by saying she was in the U.S. Army & I didn't have permission to take her picture...she repeated it several times in an angry voice...I didn't know if she was going to come from the counter and attack me or not...and by the way, there is a sticker that says that Wendy's restaurant was under camera watch...which means everyone including her was being recorded with or without...
ย ย ย Read moreThis was horrible, nearly 10 minutes in the drive through, decided I'd just go in, get to the door to see a hand written sign saying "drive through only", get back in my car and go to the end of the now longer drive through line. Another 15 minutes later finally get to put my order in. Pull forward and wait almost 10 minutes to get to the second window to get my food after paying at the first window in about half that time. Finally figured I'd get my "fast food", but no, as soon as I pulled up to the second window I was directed to pull forward and wait. While waiting over 20 minutes for my food, I got to see another employee show up for work who couldn't get in because the staff already on was too busy goofing off inside. When they FINALLY brought my sandwich out, they let the other staff in. I pulled around to eat my food, which tasted of onion and some other unidentifiable taste, even though it was ordered with only pickles and mustard. Been feeling queezy ever since. I pretty much never has issues at this location, can't say that this time... do better Wendy's. Fast food shouldn't take nearly an hour to get, let alone taste that horrible and leave ya feeling...
