Papi's Kitchen catered our family reunion for 11 people. Everyone loved every single bite, went back again and again. There was enough left over for breakfast tacos and lunch the next day. Generous portions, multiple garnish and sides, salsa, everything was wonderful! I'm not sure what magic Danny adds to the carnitas, but that meat is addictive.
