Uber Eats delivery, Bosa left out an item. 2nd time they've done this. Uber will NOT refund me. Called store and asked them what they are going to do about it. Lady kept claiming it was correct (it WASN'T) and blamed driver. I called driver and she is trying to fix this! In the meantime Asian lady kept saying call Uber, driver did something etc. I kept saying Uber won't refund, it was THEIR MISTAKE, YOU need to fix this! Lady was literally SCREAMING AT THE TOP OF HER LUNGS AT ME. So I screamed back. She wouldn't listen but just SCREAMED. She finally just hung up on me. Get this: I called Bosa before the delivery to ask they would double-check order! Asian lady promised she would. LMAO Called driver at that point. She verified she saw 3 small bags go into a larger one but didn't know what in them. She was upset to hear Bosa was blaming HER. Called Bosa back and asked for corporate number. Girl with no accent said there is none, they are a franchise. I told her I'm blasting online and she started screaming at me too. SCREAMING. I called her a profanities (I regret nothing after the way I was treated) and she hung up. I am not on a mission to post this EVERYWHERE. Also looking to find out who is in charge of franchisees. I will be posting this in every local group I can find. Really awful people there. AWFUL. They already lied about the order, lied about the driver, and I am sure they will lie about me. Don't care. They know what they did. Pick another Bosa and don't reward terrible...
Read moreI want to really like this donut shop and was really excited when I found out it came to Prescott. I, however, had a really poor customer service experience my first visit, and I hope it improves. I would love to keep coming, but something needs to change. I came mainly because I knew they had vegan donuts. I came and there were zero. Okay. Fine. It happens. I would have appreciated an alternative or suggestion on how to obtain them at some point, but whatevs. But then I went in line and ordered one non-vegan donut (which actually was really delicious) and a Thai iced tea with boba. The servers were nice enough, but I literally waited for my Thai iced tea for 15 minutes right in front of the exit doors and soda fountain. No one asked me if I needed help. When I got in line and asked about my tea (I had to get to work), the one server knew nothing about it. She had not checked me out, but I had spoken to her earlier about the vegan donuts. A young man had taken my payment earlier. She went back and grabbed me one in a total of...less than a minute. Then, asked if I paid for it?! Yes, I did, but at this point, it should have been free O_O. Also, I am not sure if it is something with the new furniture or the cleaning products they use or what have you, but something when you first enter and then exit smells like barf. In conclusion, I will go back and want to support the shop, but I SINCERELY hope the customer service game improves, or I will not continue to...
Read moreI’ve never been to a Bosa Donuts and I’m glad that this one was my first experience! What a delightful place. Bear with the long review, I’m a Bosa neophyte and this one deserves the detail.
Leaving Prescott to head back to the Valley and the traffic was stressing me out after an amazingly peaceful trip on the outskirts of town. I decided I needed a coffee. (Yes, yes, add to the stress 🙃). I walked in and the stress immediately left my body as I was greeted by the most soothing atmosphere with gentle lighting, a quiet area with couches to the right and high top and low top seating to the left.
I thought I was in the wrong place for a second because there were no loud coffee machines or blenders and the counter is recessed behind a small wall. This place is deceptively large inside!
And then the donuts, food and drink menu. Oh my! No coffee for me, they had delicious iced Chai Latte.
The only thing better than the atmosphere, the layout, and the menu selection was the lovely people helping the customers. Patient with this newbie and genuinely warm and welcoming! Pretty sure all Bosa’s will pale...
