Read moreI was really a fan of Francisco’s, it’s a nearby local place and the food was really good. I often recommended it to other neighbors and friends. However, after my experience tonight I won’t be returning. The employee at the front was rude, and perhaps the worst example of customer service In recent memory. I came in to pick up an online order and immediately she was argumentative and basically calling me a liar when I said I had already paid for the order, and she claimed she didn’t have the order (it was in the rail behind her). I showed her my online receipt and she huffed and stormed off and came back a little while later with the order — presumably she helped make it as I saw her looking in the freezer and going back and forth to the kitchen. When she brought the order, she was snide, and rude again. In all honesty, this put me on the defensive and I said a few things that I shouldn’t have, but at that point I was furious ( and was questioning the quality of the food I was given — yeah, that actually went thru my head) Needless to say, whereas I have really enjoyed Francesco’s, I will never return. This has been a very difficult time for small restaurants, and this is not the way to treat customers and retain them. You...
Read moreOrdered a large pizza off of the website. When it arrived it looked like it was dropped, or thrown around. I took a picture and called the restaurant. They provided me with a cell number to send my picture. At first it seemed like the girl on the other end was just as shocked when she saw the picture of my pizza. However, I was told it was my problem. They could remake the pizza but I would have to pick it up. I told them I couldn't do that, being a single mother at home with my two small children. They didn't care. They tried to state it was the delivery drivers fault, which yes I agree with but they choose who delivers their food... Not the customers. I was then proceeded to Not get loud. I said either they're delivering it or I would like a refund. She placed me on hold only to have someone else come on the line and try to tell me the same thing. I wish I could share the picture I took. It's not okay to take $50 from someone, then blame s delivery service they choose to deliver their product. I understand stuff happens... But take accountability. And don't start telling at the customer who just spent 50 bucks...
