Title: Terrible Uber Delivery Experience with Harris Burger

I recently ordered food from Harris Burguer through Uber Delivery and I must say, it was an absolute nightmare. Here are the reasons why my experience was extremely disappointing:

Extremely Late Delivery: The estimated delivery time provided by Uber was already quite long, but the actual delivery time was even worse. My order arrived over an hour later than the promised time, leaving me frustrated and hungry. This kind of delay is unacceptable, especially when using a delivery service like Uber.

Cold and Soggy Food: When my order finally arrived, I was met with disappointment. The food was cold and soggy, clearly indicating that it had been sitting around for quite some time. The burger bun was mushy, and the fries were limp and unappetizing. It was clear that the quality of the food had significantly deteriorated during the lengthy delivery process.

Incorrect Order: To add insult to injury, the order was completely wrong. I specifically mentioned my preferences and requested certain toppings and condiments, but they were completely ignored. It felt like my order was hastily put together without any attention to detail or accuracy. This negligence is unacceptable and reflects poorly on both Harris Burguer and Uber Delivery.

Poor Packaging: The packaging of the food was subpar at best. The burger was squished and the toppings were all over the place, making it messy and unappealing. Additionally, the lack of proper insulation resulted in the food becoming cold and unpalatable. It's clear that no care was taken to ensure that the food would arrive in good condition.

Lack of Customer Support: When I tried to reach out to Uber regarding the issues with my order, I faced a frustrating experience. The customer support was unresponsive and unhelpful, offering no solutions or compensation for the poor service. It was incredibly disappointing to be left without any resolution for the terrible experience I had with Harris Burguer through Uber Delivery.

In conclusion, my Uber Delivery experience with Harris Burguer was absolutely dreadful. The excessively late delivery, cold and soggy food, incorrect order, poor packaging, and lack of customer support have left me extremely dissatisfied. I would advise others to avoid ordering from Harris Burger through Uber Delivery, as it is clear that their service and quality control are...

TLTR: would ONLY recommend the sweet potato fries here. Good place to try on a day when everywhere else is closed for the holidays but if you have a choice to go somewhere else, go somewhere else. Full Review: Saw one review from a few weeks ago that said the burgers were like McDonald's except pricier and thought that was a fluke but after trying 3 of their burger-sliders, I 100% agree with that comment - unfortunately. Tried the Classic Burger, Chili Burger, the Bacon Burger, a side of sweet potatoes (which came with a side of the green kryptonite sauce), and with a side of cheese sauce. Seemed like you could remake all the burgers at home - everything looked like things you could get at the supermarket (or McDonald's) cheaply - bun, lettuce, pickles, slice of American cheese (and one piece of thin bacon for the Bacon Burger). The burger patty itself was bland - the menu states they press the patty with onions but we couldn't taste (or see) any of the (chopped) onions. Out of all the burgers, the Chili Burger was the best but only because the chili helped add more flavor and juice to the burger. The classic burger was pretty good but only because their "secret sauce" helped give it more flavor. The bacon burger was our least favorite since it just seemed a little dry without much flavor... The sweet potato fries were amazing - super crispy but not drenched in oil. It definitely outshines the burgers by far. The cheese sauce tasted like the artificial nacho cheese sauce - terrible. Wouldn't recommend. We tried it with the burger but it still didn't taste good. The kryptonite sauce tasted like key lime mayo sauce. It was interesting but we weren't too keen on it with the fries. The servers were friendly and accommodating though! Cute, small bar with a nice environment. Altogether, we weren't unhappy, just disappointed and underwhelmed - especially since a lot of the reviews & websites state that this place serves one of the best...

After exploring Downtown Providence for the first time, my husband and I were looking for a place for dinner. After scanning through the menu, I figured that I could find something that was gluten free as I have Celiac disease.

Restaurant has street parking so don't count on snagging a spot out front. We walked and it was so convenient from Roger Williams National Memorial.

The dining area downstairs was small and full so we were seated upstairs. The steps are steep and I felt bad for the poor waitress who had to keep running up and down with plates of food.

Dining room was a bit meh? I don't know. Could have been a bit cleaner. Our table was sticky and there were random supplies stored on another table in the dining room. It was also very dark so it felt spooky until more people were seated upstairs with us.

Waitress was nice when I said I needed gluten free items. She said chicken wings and fries were off the menu for me as they're in a shared fryer that contains gluten. I appreciated that she knew that as so many other restaurants don't know about fryer cross contamination.

Prices are super fair which is nice for the college kids in the area. I was only able to have a burger bowl which is pretty typical when it comes to eating at American restaurants as a Celiac.

If you're price sensitive and you need something quick to eat, this place is a...

LUNCH REVIEW Came here with a friend on the way to the Providence airport. We were meeting another friend at Brown who recommended we meet here. SETTING: it has a bar feel with wood everywhere. The downstairs area is small but the upstairs dining area is more expansive. FOOD: the first thing I noticed when I looked at the menu was that everything was so cheap! Living in Boston for over a year has made my price expectations very high. This place is known for their burgers so I asked the waitress her favorite and she recommended the pastrami burger, which coincidentally was one I had my eye on. I should have read closer but the burgers come in slider form which explains why it's on the cheaper side. The sliders (it comes with 2) were on the smaller side so I wouldn't call them "juicy" but they were very satisfying. I also ordered the sweet potato fries which were better than the burgers and I could totally eat them alone but the kryptonite aioli was a nice addition. This was my first time in Providence and I know it has more of a food scene I need to check out but if I'm ever by Brown again, I'll keep this in mind as a good, affordable go-to.
