This food truck was at Ragged Island Music Fest. We have been to this truck once before at Tilted Barn. We've now tried 3 different wraps, the hummus, the falafel and the olives. Everything has been fresh and really tasty. Everyone working is kind and helpful. They are very allergy conscious and even remembered, from my previous visit, that I am allergic to ginger! Wow, Tolia is a total gem! I stopped by with my family, and we were all obsessed with how insanely good the food was. The meats (chicken and lamb) were hands-down one of the best things I’ve ever eaten—juicy, flavorful, and just perfect. Don’t even get me started on the mucver and kibbeh, it’s a must-try! I’ve had their food multiple times now, it is some of the freshest and unique foods I’ve ever eaten. Ive never really tried much of eastern Mediterranean food and I am completely hooked!
