One of the most delightful restaurants in Ptown is the one with a wonderful selection of Asian cuisine on their menu. It's the only spot where you can enjoy a satisfying Asian meal complete with vegetarian options. The staff members are incredibly warm and polite. This gem also offers summer shows, making it the ideal spot to dine before catching a show. Their cocktail selection is impressive and expertly crafted! A mediocre Thai restaurant with terrible service. While the food ranged from a couple of decent dishes, several okay, to one really bad one; there was nothing redeemable about the service: starting from waiting for nearly 40 minutes for food (while we were one of only 2 tables), serving a cold fried rice dish, leaving a member of our party sitting there watching everyone else eat, failing to apologize ("you have to take it up with the manager"), having to be asked multiple times for the check, and finally asking for our payment without even showing us the bill. What a great first trip to Royal Thai at Pilgrim House. The ambiance is so warm and welcoming! The menu has a lot of options, and they aren’t kidding when they tell you 3-5 is spicy, so heed the warning. The Tom Kha soup really hit the spot, and the curry was massive! I do wish the rice came with it but that’s being knit-picky. I’m so thrilled they had Singha beer, and I will definitely be back to try more...
