I tried two different tacos and a tamale, and all were excellent! From the list of available fillings I selected pastor (marinated pork) for one taco, and chorizo (a mildly spicy Mexican sausage) for the other. Each one had my choice of meat, with chopped, fresh cilantro and onion tucked into a double layer of thin, lightly fried tortillas. With a squeeze of fresh lime juice, I was in heaven. The tamale was a little spicy, just the way I like it, and it was filled with a nice chunk of tender, juicy chicken breast rolled into the middle. I had never had a tamale like this one, a daily special that sold out twice that day, and I hope to find it there again. Walk-up, counter service restaurant with covered outdoor seating in the center of Provincetown, yet with a mellow, unrushed vibe. Burritos, enchiladas and all of your favorites, and new foods to try. Authentic recipes from Rosie, the matriarch of the family, combined with very reasonable prices and quick, friendly service, make this new PTown eatery a real gem.

Unfortunately, this was the most bland Mexican food I have ever consumed. I was so excited to try it, too! It has a cool atmosphere with outdoor seating. The service was very good and prepared at a reasonable pace. However, the food was lacking in traditional Mexican spices and garnishes like garlic, cummin, oregano, cinnamon, citrus, chili flavors, cilantro, lime, and it definitely needed salt. The meat was not prepared like carne asada as stated on the menu. They use a LOT of lettuce with little filling. I'm not sure if many of the consumers even know what they are supposed to be tasting. I did like the lightly salted crunchy tortillas and jalapeño salsa. The prices for the area are good, too. Maybe the breakfast is better? Maybe it was a bad day? I really wanted to like it.

Great Mexican restaurant! I finally had a chance to stop by Rosie’s Cantina & so happy I did. We ordered a lot of food. The service is great & pretty quick getting your food to you. There’s only outdoor seating if you want to eat there, which is perfect. I got mine to-go because I was working. The surrounding atmosphere is great. Today there was a man playing piano across the street. You have to stop by the restaurant. We ordered 2 pastor street tacos, bean and cheese burrito, & chicken quesadilla. The shells are freshly made😋 The servings are ample. Check it out for yourself!!

I love this place so much. The food is fresh, nothing has ever smelled out of wack. The meat is on point.. they even let me order breakfast burritos whenever I want. For me, that’s the big win.

…Why do they make it like pulling teeth to order ahead of time? Or to order delivery? They’re really missing out. I can’t say enough about how much I like everything about Rosie’s.. but I’m a cancer patient who hates cooking during the pandemic. I want to give you my money. Please make it easier. I’m convinced that I’m not the only one who would be ordering chicken quesadillas for my dog in addition to my burritos and tacos. (I order for multiple meals if I...
