Bummy's — Restaurant in Provo

These are the BEST sliders I’ve ever had!! I know that is a bold claim but I stand by it. Bummy’s crafts a simple and delicious slider - caramelized onions, house fry sauce, tillamook cheddar, local brioche bun, and grass fed beef mixed with some sort of herb blend (my taste buds say it’s rosemary). I’ll admit I was skeptical first seeing a burger cart and thought it would be a greasy gut bomb, but I gave it a try as it was recommended by a trusted friend and now I see these sliders in my dreams....

Do yourself a favor and try Bummy's! Their sliders have been on my mind CONSTANTLY since we first tried them at the Orem farmers market this summer and I happy follow them all over the valley. Truly the best sliders I've ever had. The buns are soft and full of buttery flavor, the meat is cooked to perfection, the cheese is sharp and melty, the grilled onions are absolutely crucial, and the sauce...THE SAUCE! Life changing.
