LOVE Dutch bros, the drinks and service are 90% on point! My favorites are the double torture and Carmelizer. However, last couple times I went there was a MASSIVE line (40 min wait), and the line alternating was very un-balanced as well to where cars that arrived way after me got served before me. On top of that I ordered a double torture most recently and when I got home I realized it was just hot chocolate milk, not a single hint of coffee which made it way too sweet and undrinkable, and after wasting an hour of my day I just threw it down the drain. Very disappointing experience from an an otherwise great place. They have great drinks but the last couple experiences have put a bad taste in my mouth both figuratively and physically.

The ladies were nice...that was the only going well for me tonight. I asked for a large energy drink with no ice. There were at least two inches of empty space!! When someone asks for no ice, fill the cup! Other drink places will top off the drink with another soda. Why not you? I asked for a large drink, and i was cheated and should have been charged a medium or whatever sizes they have. This was extremely poor customer service. (I did not even have a drink! Note the wrapper on the straw and how clean the top is.)

Awesome drinks as always. However, paying $6 for a drink(after tip) for a 16oz drink and having it 90% filled with ice is stupid. I paid for 16oz of coffee. However when I got home and dumped the coffee I got 8oz of actual drinkable coffee. Just because it's in a 16oz cup, doesn't make it 16oz if you fill half the space with ice. I like ice also, but ease up on the ice...its one thing if it's a $1 coke at McDonald's, but when it's a $6 drink, I feel a little more cheated šŸ˜‚

I had to take a couple days to write this review because I was pretty irritated with one of the staff members. I was there 7/3 930am. Traffic is backed up. That's to be expected, no biggie. A vehicle was parked in a stall. The way this store is set up, when their drive thru is backed up, anyone parked in the stall is blocked in until someone in the line will let them out. I began on the sidewalk, slowly working my way up. Now, the passenger of the car periodically got out of the car to assess their situation, then would get back into the car. Nobody would let them leave. Like every Dutch Bros, there are two lanes. There is a right and a left. I am in the right, so I can't help them. If that makes sense. It's the left lane people that have to give them room to back out. Since I began on the sidewalk and now I am almost to their bumper, it's been about six cars. At this point, I yell out of my window, "are you trying to get out?" She says yes. I tell her she has two options. She will either need to walk up to someone's window and ask them to let her out so she can leave, or just start backing out and she will have to push her way through. This is where my complaint comes into play.... The employee is now at my window to take my order as I finish telling her this. She is tall, long brown hair, average build. Immediately she says, "it's their own fault for parking there." She chuckles, then says, "I shouldn't have said that." BUT.. she continues with, "people park there so it's their own fault. They think that if they walk up to the window they will get their drinks faster when the lines are long but that's not even true. It actually takes longer because it takes someone away from making drinks. Sometimes we have someone scheduled to just working the window, but not very often so it's always better to just drive through. Otherwise you're going to just wait like everyone else and it's your fault if you get blocked in." She is right. She shouldn't have said anything and she shouldn't have elaborated, especially after saying, "I shouldn't have said that." Its one thing to blurt something out. We are human. However, she obviously knew that what she initially had said was rude and inappropriate, yet she made a legitimate choice at that point to continue to do it. Now that I have gotten over my irritation of her, I'm just disappointed. I expect better. Every other encounter I've had, all the employees have been fun, positive, and upbeat. If she doesn't have the personality to do it, work at...

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dutch Bro in Provo, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. As a Masters Student of Cyber Security, I am always on the lookout for places that offer a conducive environment for studying and provide top-notch drinks to keep me fueled. Dutch Bro in Provo exceeded all my expectations.

Firstly, the atmosphere at Dutch Bro is perfect for studying. The cozy and welcoming ambiance, combined with the comfortable seating options, created an ideal space for me to focus and concentrate on my work. The background music was just the right volume, creating a pleasant background noise without being distracting.

Now, let's talk about the drinks. Dutch Bro truly knows how to make a great cup of coffee. Their extensive menu offers a wide variety of delicious options, from classic coffees to unique and flavorful specialty drinks. I was particularly impressed with their attention to detail in the preparation of each beverage. The baristas were not only skilled but also friendly and accommodating, making sure that my drink was customized to my liking.

What sets Dutch Bro apart is their commitment to quality. The coffee was rich and perfectly brewed, and the flavors were well-balanced. I also appreciated the fact that they use high-quality ingredients, ensuring that every sip was a delight. Whether I was in the mood for a refreshing iced coffee or a warm and comforting latte, Dutch Bro had it all.

Lastly, the staff at Dutch Bro in Provo was exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a genuine willingness to assist. The employees were knowledgeable about the menu and were more than happy to provide recommendations based on my preferences. Their friendly and efficient service made my visit even more enjoyable.

Overall, I highly recommend Dutch Bro in Provo to anyone seeking a place to study or enjoy a fantastic cup of coffee. As a Cyber Security student, I was thoroughly impressed with the atmosphere, the quality of the drinks, and the exceptional service. Dutch Bro Provo has certainly become one of my favorite spots, and I will definitely be...

Today was my very first visit to Dutch Bros Coffee in Provo—and I’m still smiling. As I walked up to the counter, I casually mentioned it was my first time here. Without hesitation, Hyrum, one of the kindest and most genuine souls I’ve met, looked at me with a warm smile and said, ā€œThank you—and this coffee is on us.ā€

In that simple, spontaneous moment, I felt something rare—true human connection.

Hyrum wasn’t just serving coffee; he was serving kindness, warmth, and the kind of affection that reminds you there’s still beauty in the small gestures. His gentle tone, respectful demeanor, and authentic hospitality showed me that Dutch Bros isn’t just about coffee—it’s about community, heart, and making people feel seen.

It wasn’t just a drink. It was an experience.

To anyone considering a visit: Go. Not just for the caffeine kick, but for the human moments that make your day unexpectedly brighter. Dutch Bros, you’ve earned a...
