Haitian restaurants are quite uncommon even in places like Florida where I served my mission, so to have one in Provo is a real treat. And while this restaurant is a little pricey, it's the cheapest Haitian restaurant I've ever been to and well worth it, especially because some meals are large enough to be split. It's also just high quality Haitian food.

Kamala provided great service for us, and shout out to Myriam who is usually in the kitchen for making great food.
The service was actually quite fast considering how large a group I brought. It won't be the fastest but it's great for a small restaurant run by a single family
Also, a little secret for you all. If you are currently serving as a missionary for the church of Jesus Christ, or are a return missionary, Myriam will...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy wife and I got the chicken plate (sauced) and griot plate. Our sides were rice with beans and patacones. We were really impressed. It was so good. The chicken was fall-off-the-bone and juicy in a nice sauce that included onions and peppers. The pork had a perfect crispy edge to it. The patacones were crispy and properly salted. The beans and rice rounded it all out. Plus, it comes with mac and cheese which is also tasty.
We were really hungry and the amount of food definitely filled us up. The price was quite reasonable for the quality and quantity of food. The waiter was nice and accommodating. If we lived closer, this place would be a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe staff are very friendly, but took forever to get out to go order. She would pause our order to help those who had just walked in, opposed to just helping us. Then, once our order was finally in, it took over an hour to get our 3 dishes (to go). The ribs are like beef jerky, I was only able to eat one of them, as the rest were too tough to even bite off the meat. $20 for 3 ribs that are inedible is a crazy waste of money. The sides were good. The drinks were good but also overpriced. Overall, I have had much better Caribbean/Hahtian food at a much better price with faster service. Love Haitian food, though, so I was...
